Amazing Condo! Restored from Hurricane!

Condo has been fully restored from the hurricanes. Casa Mar is located on the Oceanside of Midnight Pass rd. Our condo is about 100 yards to the beach. If you love to walk or run along the beach in the morning, suntan on soft, white sand in the afternoon, and watch spectacular sunsets over the beach horizon in the evenings - this is the perfect vacation spot for you and your family. Casa Mar is located in the middle (widest section) of Crescent Beach providing plenty of uncrowded and private space. This 1 story, 1 bedroom/1 bath condominium (unit # 61) has been remodeled/updated and has new appliances and furniture. It is beautifully decorated with art purchased from local artists. There is a designated parking spot in front of the condo. The master bedroom has a king size sleigh bed (electric adjustable), dresser and separate TV. The living room has (2) leather recliners, a queen sofa couch (with a new foam mattress) and a smart TV. The eat in kitchen boosts a banquette and is well equipped for those that like to cook. Plus, there are 3 outdoor gas grills in the courtyard. The glassed/screened courtyard room has a love seat and chair. It is the perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee while looking out at the palm lined courtyard. We recently built a patio which provides a great place to enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset paint the evening sky orange and pink. We like to vacation in comfort and have worked hard to keep this condo in excellent condition with high end furniture and decor.

The resort offers (2) heated pools, shuffle board courts, and gas grill/picnic areas in the courtyard between the condo's. The resort also has a tennis court with PickleBall Court Lines, a community room for large gatherings, two laundry rooms, free wi-fi internet access and a computer room/library. Casa Mar is a safe family-friendly resort with private walkway access through the courtyard to the beach and private parking spots for each condo. The Beach has (2) covered Lanai's, a Volleyball net and lounge chairs for the guests use - all at no charge.
We hope you will decide to rent unit # 61 and have such a wonderful time you'll want to come back year after year.

My husband and I had a great stay at this property. This unit has updated furniture and all of the appliances to make a vacation easy and relaxing. The condo was perfect. They utilized every inch of space within, Walking distance to the beach which is a very large, two great pools and shuffleboard. Plenty of transportation to get around town, this condo is absolutely fantastic for a very quiet get away.

Everything promised on point. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, etc is great. Crescent Beach is beautiful & is only a short walk. Property provides beach chairs. Sand is the softest white & water was clear to 6’+. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect spot on Crescent Beach. Condo is cute and spotless. Complex is quiet and well maintained and the other guests were quite friendly. Tammy was very helpful and it worked out that we were able to do a late checkout. I would definitely rent again.

Great two weeks!

Walk to the beach was a little too far for my husband to walk. Hope we can come back again and stay a little closer to the beach. The property was well maintained and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect little spot!!

My husband & I stayed in Unit 61 for an extended weekend as a gift from my company. We had another couple staying next door at Palm Bay, so it was perfect! Casa Mar is a beautiful & perfect place to stay! You walk right onto the private beach and take a trolley into the village. We cooked out one night as well. I highly recommend checking out the Drum Circle on the Siesta Key public beach, amazing experience! We would definitely come stay here again!

Fun at the beach

We were in Siesta Key to celebrate my husbands birthday. The condo did not disappoint. It’s perfect for a couple. It was just steps from the beach and 2 community pools. It was very convenient to everything. It was beautifully decorated and felt very cozy and comfy. We would definitely reserve this property for a future weekend getaway.

Perfect vacation and amazing rental property !!!

Excellent place to have a great time at Siesta Key. Clean, cozy and two minutes away from crescent beach. 5 minutes from Siesta Village. The owner is very easy to deal with, and everything went through smoothly!! The apt has everything you need!! Beds are very comfortable as well. The community has barbecue areas and two relaxing pools. I am ready planning to go back next year to the same place. Thanks Tammy for letting us enjoy it !!!

Great for a family vacation

The condo is very nice, just like the picture. The king bed is very comfortable, the sleeper sofa is not as comfortable but is good for kids, my children, 3 and 5 slept well all night. the kitchen is very modern and it has has everything you need to cook. The property is very well maintain, not crowded at all, beautiful beach just a very short walk away. The building also has two pool which were also very clean. We decided to extend our stay at last minute and communication with the landlord was very easy. We loved our stay and would probably come back.

Beautiful Siesta Key

The unit is well taken care of and clean, with all the comforts of home. The complex has many amenities to enjoy during your visit. The complex is in a great location on the beach, just know that Siesta Key beach is a very wide beach and it takes many steps to reach the water. Oh! Don't forget your quarters for the coin laundry.

We have come to this resort for the past 25 years. Our kids love it! Every Thanksgiving we have the Turkey bowl football game on the beach, watch the sunset, and then have a home cooked Turkey dinner back at the condo.

What makes this property unique

I love running on the beach in the morning and seeing the dolphins playing close to the beach. It's also fun to rent a boat for the day and cruise the inter-coastal, go sailing, fishing or view the coast from above in a parasail.
