Cozy private studio well located in Hollywood, Fl
It is a private apartment, on a shared property. It has independent entrance and parking for 2 cars. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Yes, it is very spacious, very nice and a perfect place for two people. It is located 10-15 minutes from the FLL airport, 20-30 minutes from the Miami airport and 10 minutes from the beautiful Hollywood beaches. You also have the Hard Rock Casino and Hard Rock Stadium nearby. And I-95 and Turnpike. It's a great option
The space
The room has a Queen bed, 32"TV with Roku, 1 burner electric stove, toaster, toaster, kitchen utensils, kitchen utensils, 1 towel per person, also has shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand washing detergent.
The space is heated, and access to the unit is by means of a unique access code that will be created just for you.
Guest access
In front of the house, on the right side of it is the entrance to the room. It is completely independent of the rest of the property And only you will have access to it.
