Excellent house in an interesting part of town, close to downtown. Really well remodeled house, 4 comfy bedrooms, comfortable beds and linens. Check in and communications excellent. Highly recommend and would stay again.

I should’ve posted this review a while back because we were very pleased with our stay. The host was amazing and the property was as described. There seem to be some facilities nearby that offer services for the unhoused but it’s was in no way a negative as we did expect this being so close to downtown. We were able to take Ubers to all the places we needed to go downtown with minimal time waiting. Beware of the squeaky stairs if you want to stay out late and not alert others. :-)

There is a full time resident in the basement of the house which is fine but the smell of weed that would seep up into the house was not pleasant. There were many homeless and impoverished in an open lot a block away which was not expected. The house itself was beautiful and clean, communication with the owners was excellent, but the area was a bit concerning.

Great space for a group

Plenty of space for a group of 10 and perfectly located near downtown Denver. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Listing is accurate. We had a wonderful visit.

Great house.

The location is great. We went to Coors Field for a Rockies game and fireworks. Walking is a little far but an Uber or Lyft are perfect. Walking around downtown was great too.

The Stout House was perfect for our needs! It's a beautiful home that is walking distance to restaurants, shops and transportation. If walking isn't your thing, ride share services are easy to order and the neighborhood is centrally located. The house has everything you need for your stay and is clean and well organized. Even more, if you need anything at all, the hosts are very quick to reply and help!

A spacious stay near downtown

This house was perfect for large groups. There were plenty of beds and three AMAZING bathrooms with plenty of luxurious bathroom products. The kitchen was beautiful, modern, and fully stocked with pots, pans, plates and utensils for cooking sumptuous meals. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Denver.
