Are you ready for some football? Superbowl LVII is fast approaching February 12. This beautiful home is a mere 16 miles from State Farm stadium. Or is golf your game? Waste Management Phoenix Open in Scottsdale is February 6-12. The TPC is located 24 miles away.
Treat yourself to a fully stocked 'cottage' for the same price as a hotel room, and hundreds less than other vacation homes! Sure, you could spend twice as much in a fancy-dancy vacation rental, but there is no need to do that! This home has enough space for you to relax, dine and enjoy your time in Arizona and you won’t go broke doing it!

There is enough room for your family and even a few friends. You pick your room: one king bed, one queen bed and two twins. If you need another bed, we have a twin size roll away along with a futon in the den. Stay inside and play some board games with your family, read a book while your kids play a video game or watch a movie on the big television!

If you want to get outside, walk a few steps to the HUGE pool with restrooms, showers and chairs to bask in the Arizona sun. Right next to the pool is a spacious park with a brightly colored jungle gym for your little ones! All of this is within view of the back patio.

This home is in a great location for all of your outdoor and indoor activities. Golf is all around the valley, so no trouble finding a place to practice your swing! You can’t get much closer to Lake Pleasant! It’s just a 15-20 minute drive north from where you are staying! You will be staying near Loops 101 and 303, so it’s easy to get anywhere in the valley! Tons of theatres, shopping and restaurants close by!
