On this level you'll find the exquisite, sumptuous primary suite appointed with a KING bed. This luxe sanctuary features a dramatic vaulted ceiling, accordion wall of windows that opens to provide seamless access to the pool and patio, plus a stunning ensuite bath with oversized walk-in shower and a soaking tub framed by incredible views of breathtaking lowcountry. Walk up the custom finished stairs to the second level. Here you're greeted by a comfortable loft area with seating and SMART flat screen TV where the kids are guaranteed to gather for puzzles, board games or watching a movie. At the end of the day, the kids can settle into the second floor bunk room with sleeping for four in custom-built, FULL bed over QUEEN bed bunks, and a private ensuite bath. In addition to the main house, you will enjoy access to the separate living quarters in the CARRIAGE HOUSE. WHAT'S INCLUDED IF I RESERVE YOUR HOME? MORE THAN YOU'D EXPECT!
The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival.
Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children's pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).
• Two state-of-the-art fitness centers: The Canoe Club Fitness Center and the Moreland Fitness Center
With registration we can request tee time, court times, and dining reservations which includes:
• Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club - Tennis, bocce, basketball, and croquet
• Reservation requests for Canoe Club Dining and Cole's Dining.
• May River Golf Course (30 days in advance of play) and the new Crossroads 9 hole course (15 days in advance of play)
• Bicycle and golf cart rentals. The cost of the bike rental is $30.00 per bike for 3 night minimum, and $50 per bike for 4-7 nights. The cost for golf cart rental is $95.00 nightly for a 4 seat golf cart and $125.00 nightly for a 6 seat golf cart.
For an Additional fee, you (as our guest in Palmetto Bluff) also have access to:
• Customized Concierge Services that includes personalized pre-trip planning tailored to your specific vacation needs.
