We had a wonderful beach vacation. The balcony view was perfect for mornings and sunsets. The second floor was easy to get to on the elevator or the stairs. Everything we needed was there.

It was an excellent location. Love that it was on the second floor so the pool and beach was very fast to get to. Also was a breeze to get to all amenities. Condo was immaculate. My family and I highly enjoyed our stay for the week. Looking forward to booking the same place next year!!

Very specious and close to Beach

Our stay was absolutely amazing. It was our second time going to Florida and have loved it every time but, this stay was more than what we expected. A vacation we will NEVER forget!! Memories that will last FOREVER!! We would choose this condo again and highly recommend.

Fall break

We love Edgewater! The pools and beach and property are great. The unit we stayed in is big and sleeps 10 comfortably! It’s in need of some cosmetic updates like the drop ceiling, the bathrooms and the clunky AC unit…BUT the place was clean and adequate for a family with teens. Everything worked well and we would go back

Overall, we had a good stay and the condo itself was very nice and spacious. The location and layout worked well for our group. The main issues we ran into were with the kitchen supplies and the beds. The cookware definitely needs to be updated, as everything stuck to the pans and made cooking difficult. The KCup coffee pot was also very difficult to use. I would recommend an upgrade it just advise guest to use the 12 cup pot. There was no Tupperware type dishes for storing leftovers. We also felt there should have been more trash bags and cleaning supplies provided for a three-bedroom condo, especially for longer stays. In addition, the mattresses on the beds really need to be upgraded. They felt very old, outdated, and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the accommodations.

Great Location!

Edgewater is a great property, with lots to keep kids entertained on property (splash pad, multiple pools, dive in movies and easy beach access). And its proximity to everything in PCB from pineapple Willy’s to pier park made it great for nights out. This particular condo was in an awesome location. Short walk to multiple pools but far enough away that you didn’t get all the noise. And with being on the second floor, it was easy enough to walk up to if elevators were crowded or took too long.

Excellent Stay, although a bit pricey

Condo was beautiful! The cliset door was broken in the queen bedroom but we called maintenance and they showed up the next morning to fix it. The condo sleeps 12 people and we had 10 altogether and parking our cars became a problem. We were only allowed 3 cars with parking passes. The other cars had difficulty finding a nearby parking lot as they were not alliwed to park at the office. And the parking attendant was very rude about that. Other than these issues, we had a wonderful time and will be coming back soon.

The view was beautiful. Room was ok. Needs alot of updating!! Outlets were out of wall. Master rooms door doesnt have a latch so it didnt shut. Remotes didnt work even when we got new batteries for them. We cook alot due to having alot of young kids with us. Not much to cook with, what was there was very rusted. We had to buy a coffee maker , the one that was provided didnt work. The ceiling ties were falling out of the ceiling from being so bowed out. They were working on the fire alarms so maintenance was coming by alot and that was ok but one day they did not knock or anything they just came in our room at 8:00am!! They said they were told no one was staying in the room..

Fall Break trip

We took the kids to PCB for Fall Break. Four adults and six kids, ages from 5 to 15. We love Edgewater. It's always our favorite place to stay. The room was spacious enough for all of us! Two of the bathrooms had walk in showers, which were awesome. The kitchen had plenty of necessities that we needed so that we could cook in the condo. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. I think that the owners should definitely reevaluate who they use for cleaning. The floors were dirty when we got there with several areas of puddled water, giving the impression that someone mopped in a hurry and didn't care to make sure that it was done right. Lots of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and had to be washed before they could be used. The furniture was sandy and dirty... maybe they should try a better vacuum. Overall we would stay again BUT I definitely recommend that they get better cleaners.
