All Mine Beach House is an old Florida charmer in East St George Island with coastal views of the Gulf and Bay. The house is 1 block from public access to both. Spend your days on the uncrowded sugar sand beaches splashing in the waves, collecting shells, or stargazing at night. Explore local shops, so many yummy restaurants, nightlife and music, the St. George Island Lighthouse Museum and playground, fishing pier, St. George State Park, and bike/walk on the multi-use path across the street. St George Island is also centrally located for exploring the award-winning Forgotten Coast including East Point, Apalachicola, Alligator Point, and Carrabelle. Come make vacation memories that will last a lifetime!

This charming property features a coastal vibe with cozy furniture. The house is furnished with the creature comforts to make it home during your stay. This spacious 2 bedrooms have 1 king and 1 queen size beds with private ensuite bathrooms in each room. The sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping options to allow 6 guests.

Spend time together in the open living/kitchen/dining space. The large flat screen TV in the living area is perfect for movie nights or everyone can choose their own movies with TVs in each room. Fast and reliable WIFI throughout the house means that everyone can enjoy their own entertainment. Those that need to work remotely can utilize the work desk available in a bedroom. The washer and dryer are in the house. The fireplace is not available for guest use.

The galley kitchen with spacious granite counters and stainless appliances is equipped with everything you need to prepare your coastal feasts. There is plenty of seating at mealtime at a large extendable dining table and bar counter stools.

The exterior of All Mine Beach House features French doors on the Gulf side of the home providing lots of natural light and access to the covered screen porch that spans the length of the house. There’s ample seating so that you can enjoy your morning coffee on the porch swing or evening happy hour on the patio conversation set. The 1 acre property features plenty of private parking, park-style grill, wood-burning fire pit with Adirondack chairs for s'mores, and outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash off after the beach. There is plenty of space to keep your beach gear, golf cart, or bikes. The lot is sandy so park carefully if you bringing your boat.

All Mine Beach House is pet friendly. It wouldn't be home without them. We welcome all critters who are house trained. If you are bringing your pet, please let me know they are coming. There is a $75 per fee for the extra cleaning. Please keep dogs crated or on the patio if you are going to leave the house for an extended period of time. Pet supplies are not provided, so please bring your own. The beaches are dog friendly as long as they are leashed at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the State Park.

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was comfortable and clean and a very short walk to the beach. Both bedrooms were on suite and had nice showers. Would definitely rent here again.

We enjoyed our week stay at the beach. The home had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach was very convenient. We also loved the outdoor shower to keep from tracking sand in the house. The screened in porch was a favorite for all of us in the mornings and evenings to relax.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and our daughter came for the weekend from FSU. The house was great for us. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the showers had good water pressure, the outdoor shower and hose were essential in keeping the house clean. We were hesitant to get something off the beach but the location was actually really convenient, just a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the bay. I think my favorite part of the house was the large screened in porch which we sat out on every evening.

Beautiful home with great location

The house is on the last street that allows golf carts. That is a huge plus for the island. Just a short walk and you can be at the beach to watch the sunrise and dolphins. In the even hop on the golf cart for a short ride to the Bayside for the sunset. Inside the home was beautiful and made you feel like you were home. Suzie was great to work with. I will definitely rent this home again on my next trip to St. George Island.

All Mine Beach House

We had a relaxing stay at the All Mine beach house! It's a quiet location within walking distance to both bay and ocean. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook some fresh fish! Plenty of room and space for everyone. Huge yard for the dogs and a screened in porch with views. The night sky views were incredible. Highly recommended!

Loved it!

We’ve stayed at SGI in the spring since 2009 and this was a very nice house. The location is great: easy to locate but quiet enough, just a short walk to beach and bay access. My wife does not tolerate Noseeum bites well at all, and though no property is free of ‘em I believe All Mine was up there with the best with nice breezes and limited vegetation. The home is spacious and well laid out, the king bed was very comfortable and the host was extremely responsive & helpful. The only suggestion we’d make is for a coffee table in front of the couch to place things while watching TV, ad a throw rug there would be a nice add, too. We truly loved it and hope to return.

My name is Suzi and I live in Smyrna Georgia right outside of Atlanta. In my day life, I am a Project Accountant for a general contractor construction company. In my night life, I am a mom to a super smart sassy teenage girl, who will be leaving me for college soon, as well as a super smart border collie/Labrador mutt and tuxedo cat, who tolerate each other. I love experiencing as much culture as possible including going to concerts, seeing shows, art exhibits, and community events. There's a lot to do around Atlanta. On the other hand, I can spend a weekend reading a book or binge watch historical dramas. Have you seen Masters of the Air or Gilded Age? Oh, you must watch them! Last, I am a foodie, whether it is going to my favorite restaurants with family and friends, trying new places, cooking dishes at home, or enjoying a macaroon. To put it simply, I enjoy life!

Why they chose this property

I found St George Island, because it was one of those places where so many people mentioned "Oh we go there all the time!". I wanted a relaxing beach town that was not full of tourist traps, traffic, or crowds. I love St George Island, because I can go to the beach without rows and rows of people. When I go for walks with my dog, everyone smiles and says hello. The island has everything that I need. There are trips where I cross the bridge and never leave until it's time to go home. There are small grocery and convenience stores that stock most of what I need. There are enough restaurants to eat at a different place every day for a week. I love going to Paddy's and Harry A's for dinner with music or heading to the Blue Parrot for a signature frozen cocktail at the beach.

What makes this property unique

All Mine Beach House may not be the nicest newest mega house on the island, but it's exactly what you need if you are looking for a laid back beach house. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it's perfect for 1 family or a few friends to come down and spend quality time together. I've owned the house for 2 years and it's already come a long way in terms of updates, but it is still a work in progress. I hope you an appreciate having a home away from home.
