Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was fairly good nice spacious condo for me and my family. We did have a run in with I’m assuming a resident. Which they harass our young kids about been in the pool area. And threatened to call police until few adults stepped in.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed in our stay. View was the garbage area not the pool as in picture. When asked was told “we’ll someone had to have that view”. Pool was closed for four days and when I called I was told “we would look into and get back to you”. No one got back to us. 3rd floor unit with NO elevator and narrow steps. Old appliances and Refrigerator did not get cool until the 5th day or make ice. Do not recommend the unit nor the management company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was okay, I have had better experiences when staying at Barefoot Resorts. This particular location was not so good. There was a smell in the place when we arrived. There were food crumbs under the dining table and the mattresses on all of the beds were very uncomfortable. The master bedroom had two twin size mattresses combined to make a king size bed. I have never seen a top mattress be two separate mattresses, this was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. This experience did not ruin our trip as we still had a great time in NMB.

Thanks for your review and feedback. The master bed is called a King Swing so it can be separated for golf reservations. This is a golf community so most of the properties are set up that way. We do apologize for the cleaning issues.

False advertisement

Stay was peaceful. View from room not at all what was advertised. Instead of side view of pool we had a front view of the trash area. Not bad unless you plan to spend a lot of time on balcony. I would stay here again for the location, relaxing atmosphere and neighborhood but it was a little deceiving of the balcony view.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback but we do not advertise untrue statements. This unit is located in the heart of a great community and has views of the community. The pictures on the site are from the actual unit. This is a great location and very nice property. We have many other properties in the community so there are lots to choose from if you didn't like this unit.
