About this property

Near Hunter and Windham ski resorts. Crystal Pond town house, 4BR & 3.5 bath

This is our family's home away from home. We mostly use it in the summer and once in a while for skiing. Having kids who are always busy with sports means the house ends up sitting vacant too much. Therefore, we would like to offer this home for you to enjoy as much as we do. This home was finished with all the high-end features such as granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. This is a 4 bedroom town house that has 3 and a half baths and is located 3 miles from Windham Mountain Resort and 5 miles from Hunter. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for 4 people and a table that seats 6 people. A stone fireplace, Cable TV, DVD, and Wifi are all included, along with a front load full size Washer/Dryer. There is a shuttle service to Windham Mountain on weekends and holidays during the ski season. The shuttle operates between 8 am to 5 pm. It sleeps 8. No Smoking and No Pets. All of the bedrooms have QUEEN beds.

The condo was extremely clean and spacious. Very comfortable, close to some great restaurants and short drive to ski hill. Would definitely book again. Great communication with host, very accommodating.

Easy drive to Windham

Condo was well located for a short drive to Windham. Owner easy to communicate with. Property also did a great job getting parking lot plowed quickly when we got 12 inches(!) of snow overnight.

Awesome Condo nearby to Windham Mtn

Very nice clean condo, spacious, and great communication from the owner. Just note no cell signal in this area, but wifi provided. Highly recommend!

Thank you for your staying at our condo. Yes, the cell signal is an issue at near county route 65 of Windham and Hensonville area. Usually text does go through even without WiFi.

Fall Foliage

We had a wonderful time in Windham enjoying the fall foliage, Apple picking, and everything NY had to offer. I cannot say enough about the property. It looks as pictured. It is immaculate, well maintained, and very comfortable. The property has all the amenities you can ask for. We all had plenty of space. The property owner is responsive and so easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful home and great location!

My friends and I rented this house for NYE weekend for little ski trip getaway! The pictures the owner provided were beautiful but when we finally arrived at the house we were extremely impressed by the house and how beautiful and up to date everything was. It is the perfect home for families to share, or even a large group of friends, with 3 floors (2 bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor) and a nice size living area. All of the appliances and electronics are extremely up to date. We felt extremely at home and would love to stay here again. The ride to Windham Mountain was super quick maybe 5-7 minutes if that, and the Condominium also provided a shuttle service to the mountain. The town was super quaint and had a nice handful of restaurants to choose from. Also it is only a 20 minute ride from Hunter Mountain, which is great to have the option. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend renting this house!

We are so happy that you had a great time. We fell in love with the town of Windham after a ski trip about 10 years ago, that lead us to get a house here to call it a second home town. The Main Street of the town is lovely to stroll around. Abundance of hiking, and biking trails near by. Recently added Windham path is less than a mile away from the home for a quick morning walk/jog. Windham resort also opened a mountain bike trails and hosts annual world competition during summer month. Fall foliage is stunning and every weekend in the Fall is packed with varieties of local festivals. Thank you for a wonderful review and look forward to hear back from you for your future travel.

Convenient to get to ski slope without all that noises of crowds. The town of Windham is very family oriented friendly destination. The location offers lots of hiking spots, horseback riding, mountain biking, Fall foliage and numerous fairs and snow sports. This is truly 4 seasons destination.

What makes this property unique

We have installed carbon filter to soften the water for whole house.
Updated hot water heater provide almost instant hot water in anywhere in the house and it won't run out on you.
