With a total of 10 bedrooms between the main home and guest house, it can accommodate up to 32 Destin beachgoers. On the first floor of the main house, you will find an open great room with an eclectic, coastal flair. Tile floors, beachy décor, blue accents, and shiplap walls add to the beach vibe. The living room features a contemporary couch and matching loveseat centered around a rustic-blue, glass-topped coffee table. An adjacent seating ensemble is made up of four chairs and a deep-blue ottoman. Both setups can enjoy cinematic entertainment provided by the flatscreen TV mounted above the fireplace (non-operational). The adjacent dining area includes a glass-topped table with seating for twelve. Eight stools provide additional seating at the angled kitchen bar. The open kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and serving your go-to vacation dishes. It boasts an island, expansive granite counters, spacious cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a chic tiled backsplash.

In addition to this fabulous gathering space, the first floor includes two guest bedrooms. You will find three more bedrooms on the second floor, including the incredible primary suite. This swank bedroom boasts cool beach tones that really set a relaxed vibe. It has a king-size bed, teal sofa, wall-mounted TV, and mini fridge. Its ensuite bath features a double vanity, a huge soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The bedroom also has its own private balcony that faces the beach right across the street—perfect for a romantic evening with your person sipping cocktails and watching a beautiful sunset. One of the guest bedrooms on this level includes a king size bed, while the other has two twin-over-full bunks and one twin bunk. Both bedrooms have ensuite baths.

The third floor is dedicated to a game room and three guest bedrooms. The game room is a great place to relax and hang out with your fellow vacationers. It has a pool table, wet bar and wine cooler, raised table for cards or board games, and plush seating facing an oversized entertainment center and TV. A set of doors accesses a furnished balcony with great beach views. Each of the bedrooms on this level have their own king-size beds, private baths, and balcony access.

Of course, that’s not all! The lovely guest house provides extra comfort for its guests. The open great room features a cozy living area with a wraparound couch and TV. This sits beside a glass-topped dining table with seating for six. The spacious kitchen has handsome dark cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and sleek countertops. Its second-floor layout means the great room’s glass doors lead to a veranda overlooking the pool area. A king-size guest bedroom and a second bunkroom with two twin bunks provide sleeping accommodations for six more.
