North Carolina Charm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a sleeper sofa and sleeper convertible chair. Wifi, work station in secondary bedroom is equipped with a monitor, kitchen stocked with cooking and baking items and dinnerware (plates, bowls, cups, silverware, etc). Enjoy coffee on patio while taking in the wildlife and woods. In-unit washer and dryer available for use. Access to a pool and tennis court for your recreational leisure (for access request at time of booking). Dedicated parking spot, with additional parking available in unmarked spots a short walk away.

Our host Jalisa was very patient and courteous. The place was clean and the linens were ultra clean and white. Jalisa was always responsive when we contacted her. The neighborhood was quiet which was great for me.

Nice vrbo & great location

Perfect location for visiting colleges & attending the NCAA BB games. Very clean & comfortable beds. The kitchen needs a few additions however. A can opener, spatulas & other utensils, & a real working coffee maker, not a keurig that doesn't work, are needed.

A very nice 2 bedroom condo

Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath in a quiet complex with a pool and tennis court. Well equipped. Near shopping and restaurants. The owner is very responsive. Highly recommended!

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our short stay here. It was very clean and comfortable for a two night stay. It is on the ground floor so no steps. We did have a problem with someone else parking in our assigned spot, but this was not the owner's fault. The one thing we missed is having a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. It is definitely a great choice for a reasonable rate!

Quiet spot

The VRBO was in a quiet spot but very convenient to a lot of things. Neighbors out and about but no noise. Very clean and well equipped. We wanted to try Chapel Hill this visit but it was a bit further than we wanted from where we were visiting. That is the only reason we wouldn’t go back. It’s lovely!

Very Nice

The location was exactly what we were looking for as my daughter's apartment was less than a mile from there. The rooms were clean and as shown in the pictures. The host was very responsive. They were doing some construction in a next-door unit but they didn't start too early in the morning. All in all, it worked out very well.

Quiet, one level

There were no stairs from parking lot to entrance and no stairs inside. My sister had a recent knee replacement so we needed a one level unit and this one fit the bill.. Very clean and quiet.
