LOCATION IS FABULOUS! Ski, board, hike, fish, bike or relax! Take in the awesome mountain view and cool mountain air in this spacious two bedroom, two bath vacation condo. Walk out the door and start your hike, fish in the nearby Blue River, walk to town in 5-10 minutes or take the nearby free shuttle to the slopes or town. Seasonally there is great fishing and hiking close by as well as fabulous skiing or snow boarding at Breckenridge Ski Resort.
Property is conveniently located on the first floor of Ski & Racquet Club condos. The perfect getaway with covered parking just outside your door and enough room to sleep 7-8. Convenient free town shuttle is only steps away. The shuttle will take you to town or the slopes! And... if you don't want to take the free shuttle , it's only about a 5-10 minute walk to town.
Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed , TV and private modern 3/4 bath with double sinks and walk in shower. Second bedroom has a full bed and bunk bed. Across the hall is a modern second bath with tub.
Need more room... use the pull out sofa in the living room or blow up mattress. Condo is complete with a full dining area, breakfast bar, and modern fully equipped kitchen for all that love to cook!
You will love the open space living area for gathering with friends or family. Enjoy streaming on the flat screen TV in main living area , the warm gas fireplace and great deck for apres fun with a grill and a mountain view!

After a full day of adventure, wind down at the clubhouse complex complete with NEW hot tub, indoor pool, pool table, and sauna. Showers and bath facilities available at the clubhouse too! In the warmer months play basketball, pickleball or volleyball on the outdoor courts, enjoy the kids play area or relax and sit around the clubhouse campfire.

We had a great stay at Linda's! The condo was very spacious and located a short walk from downtown Breckenridge (10 minutes to get to the main downtown area). We had 6 people that stayed in the condo, and it worked perfectly for our needs. The brown shuttle pulls up right out the front door, which made getting to the slopes extremely easy.

Wonderful home close to the slopes

Linda's place was amazing! We were a big group of 6, but it still didn't feel cramped. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to cook most nights, and, best of all, the shuttle to the slopes is right outside the door! And you get the hot tub as well.

The condo is roomy and well kept. Located on the first floor for easy access. Your car is just outside the door with covered parking for one. The location is fabulous! You won't have to go far to ski, board, hike, bike, fish, shop, dine out and more ! Just a 5-10 minute walk to town or take the free shuttle bus that is only a short walk away.The large deck offers a grill and a great mountain view. The clubhouse adds an indoor heated pool,hot tub, pool table and meeting area. Bring you sports equipment. There is also an outdoor basketball court, tennis court, pickleball and volleyball court.

Beautiful views from the deck ! Quiet convenient location- first floor, end unit with covered parking in front of the door. Close to free shuttle bus accessing the slopes or town ( approx a 300 ft walk) or walk to town in approx 10 minutes! Walk through the short trails behind the condo and view the beautiful Blue River.The clubhouse is an added feature , offering a pool table, hot tub, heated pool and more. Complex includes outdoor courts available for tennis, pickleball, and volleyball. Ice Arena is nearby too!
