Located just off Main street at the south end of Breckenridge ! Our first floor Ski & Racquet Club Condo & Clubhouse provides that out of town feeling with the convenience of town being nearby! In season, ski, board, skate, hike, bike, fish or relax!

The perfect getaway with covered parking just outside your door and enough room to sleep 7-8. Convenient free town shuttle is only steps away or walk to town in 5-10 minutes.

Enjoy the spacious open space living/dining area for gathering with friends or family. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy one Breck’s many delicious restaurants.

Entertain with streaming on the flat screen TV in main living area , the warm gas fireplace and great deck for apres fun, complete with a grill, patio furniture and a mountain view!

Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed , TV and private modern 3/4 bath with double sinks and walk in shower.

Second bedroom has a full bed ,bunk bed and across the hall , a modern bath with tub. Pack 'n play available too!

Living area has pull out sofa (and there is a blow up mattress too!)

In season, ski, board, hike, bike, fish or relax!
In the warmer months play basketball, pickleball or volleyball on the outdoor courts, enjoy the kids play area or relax and sit around the clubhouse campfire.


After a full day of adventure, wind down at the clubhouse complex complete with hot tub, indoor pool, pool table, and sauna. Showers and bath facilities available at the clubhouse too!

Easy access to laundry facilities within the condo complex.

Also drive friendly to Copper Mountain, Keystone, A-Basin, Vail or Beaver Creek, Lake Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne Outlets & Quandary Peak.

We loved our stay. Our teenage kids enjoyed tennis and pickleball, swimming and walking into town. The condo was a great base camp for hiking, within twenty minutes of phenomenal trails. Easy to get to Frisco and a pleasant walk to the Breckenridge strip (the Rec path along the Blue River is amazing). We like to cook and the kitchen was great. A quick strong recommendation for Linda and Gary: they were open to us checking in a bit early, which was awesome. However, there was a hiccup with the cleaning company and it turned out to not be available until later than expected. They were as frustrated by the situation as we were. They more than made it right, and our family was able to hang out in the clubhouse while we waited: swimming, hot tub, billiards, and movies…. Not bad at all. Really appreciate the personal care and responsiveness. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Linda's! The condo was very spacious and located a short walk from downtown Breckenridge (10 minutes to get to the main downtown area). We had 6 people that stayed in the condo, and it worked perfectly for our needs. The brown shuttle pulls up right out the front door, which made getting to the slopes extremely easy.

Home was clean and very comfortable...any questions we had were answered in an organized notebook. We loved the well-supplied kitchen and the deck at the back. Watched a mama and baby moose meander by one morning. Condo is in a great location! Just a bit away from the main part of town so it was quiet, but within walking distance.

This was the perfect spot for our family with 3 kids (16, 13, 11). The accommodations were perfect and proximity to town was ideal. The kids took advantage of the indoor pool and basketball court! We will be back!!

Nice complex, great area

We love Colorado ! We vacationed here for many years with our own children before purchasing this condo. We would love to share our home with you, your friends and family! Breckenridge is a year round playground with something for everyone !

Why they chose this property

The condo is roomy and well kept. Located on the first floor for easy access. Your car is just outside the door with covered parking for one. The location is fabulous! An out of town feel with everything actually close by! You won't have to go far to ski, board, hike, bike, fish, shop, dine out and more ! Just a 5-10 minute walk to town or take the free shuttle bus that is only a short walk away.The large deck offers a grill, seating, tables and a great mountain view. Can you say Apre ski? The clubhouse adds an indoor heated pool, hot tub, pool table and meeting area. Bring you sports equipment. There is also an outdoor basketball court, tennis court, pickleball and volleyball court .

What makes this property unique

Beautiful views from the deck ! Open floor plan for family dining, game night and fun! Quiet convenient location- first floor, end unit with covered parking in front of the door. No elevator hassle and only a few steps to the door. Close to free shuttle bus accessing the slopes or town ( approx a 300 ft walk) or walk to town in approx 10 minutes! Walk through the short trails behind the condo and view the beautiful Blue River.The clubhouse is an added feature , offering a pool table, hot tub, heated pool and more. Complex includes outdoor courts available for tennis, pickleball, and volleyball. Ice Arena is nearby too!
