The full kitchen has all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee pot, mini-cooktop, and everything you'll need for movie night snacks or dinner in the courtyard. A Samsung Frame TV and double-sided gas fireplace complete the open-concept seating area. High-end fixtures and designer finishes throughout bring an added element of luxury to your stay, with no detail overlooked. Outside, the private courtyard features seating for two, and a heated plunge pool. Guests will also have access to the shared fire-pit and dining area on the property. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

We stayed at Absolute Charm for our first anniversary trip to Fredericksburg, and it was the perfect place for just the two of us. Everything was thoughtfully set up — plenty of towels and all the kitchen utensils we needed. The pool was absolutely amazing and we loved being able to adjust the temperature to our liking. The TVs worked great, which made relaxing even better. Such a beautiful place and an ideal spot for a special getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was absolutely what we needed for our stay- decorated beautifully, clean, and very quiet. The private pool in the backyard was super nice! We had our coffee near it in the morning and our wine in the evening. We saw some deer after our return from dinner too !! We will tell others about the cottage and plan on returning. Thank you!

We loved our stay! However, wish the plunge pool was warmer! The only time it felt 84 was around 930 on Thursday morning! The rest of the time it didn't feel 84! After a night on the town on Wednesday, we decided to get in around 11pm just to relax from all the walking from the day and it was down right cold! So not sure how it stays 84 degrees? That was our only complaint, however that's why we booked this beautiful venue.

The fireplace did not work. The pool never got above 60 degrees. It was very cold we were not able to use it. I did call regarding the pool. We checked the pool setting outside the fence and it stayed on 60. The place was very nice other than that.
