Disliked: Check-in
The check in is very hard. You cannot go into the property until your check in time which means everyone is checking in at the same time. Our situation was my daughter’s car broke down. We needed to unload our car so that we could get their luggage out too. They would NOT. I just felt that they should be more sympathetic towards others. The lady at the gate was rude also

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for the 5-star rating. I’m sorry your check-in experience and the gate interaction were difficult—especially with your daughter’s car trouble. That isn’t the standard we expect. I’ve shared your feedback with the Turquoise Place on-site team and gate staff so they can review check-in flexibility and customer service. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to host you again at Turquoise Place 1807C.

Everything was clean. The condo is well stocked and well decorated. The property manager was very responsive. Beds were comfy. The turquoise cannot be beat. The only negative is that we were told only a few hours before check in that the master tub had a leak, could not be used, and there would be fans blowing on it for at least a couple days. It started our trip off in chaos and it was not ideal to have the master bath tub out of commission the whole time.

Bath tub out of order in master bedroom and hot tub was out of order first 2 nights and the last night water would not get hot in the hot tub

Thank you for staying with Liquid Life and for the feedback. I’m sorry the master bathtub and the hot tub weren’t working properly during your stay — that’s not the experience we want guests to have. We’ve passed the issues to maintenance for repair and to check the hot tub heating system so guests won’t have the same problem. We appreciate you letting us know and hope you’ll consider us again.
