Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very uphappy with the lack of maintenance. Bad plumping, AC’s smell, sheets were thin and not nice. The kitchen was very poorly stocked.

It has the basic needed and you'll have to purchase other item if needed. Our concierge Carlos messages us daily for follow up if we need something. The only negatif point is that we had to wait 1h to get the keys for check in.

Great Location, Some Issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived after regular business hours and though we had communicated our flight and arrival information the gentleman at the front desk was not expecting us. We had to wait for the concierge to be called and travel to the building. We only noticed after the concierge left that the WIFI password we were provided did not work, and the safe was locked and would not open. Sent a quick email and they showed up at around 10am the next morning to fix these minor issues. The pool area is nice, lots of shade, but not very many chairs (you need to be there fairly early to get a chair). No food, drinks or alcohol is allowed at the pool, though there are 2 small seating areas not too far away that people used for this purpose. We were really enjoying our stay, and did not experience any real issues until Wednesday afternoon when the A/C unit in the master bedroom stopped working, we reported it first thing on Thursday and had someone from maintenance in the condo for most of the day on Thursday. He replaced a part and said it was fixed, but it was not. We had to notify the concierge about it again on Friday. The maintenance man was in the condo again for a large portion of Friday, but was still unable to get the A/C unit to work. We had to crank up the A/C unit in the main living space make the bedroom cool enough to sleep. The ceiling fans have lights and cannot be operated without the lights on. We also had WIFI issues starting Thursday and continuing thru our departure on Saturday afternoon, again a technician was sent out and could not get it to work so we had different people coming and going for most of Thursday and Friday. We had they offered a later check out time due to the issues we had experienced, but they forgot to send someone for the walk thru so we had to call. After the walk thru was finished, we had to wait about 20 minutes for our damage deposit to be returned because the people on site at that time were not authorized to retu

El estacionamiento estaba muy sucio, basura en el cajón que nos correspondía. Cuando entramos al departamento, notamos olor a humedad y a cigarro. Las sabanas de la cama de la recamara principal olían a humedad también. No había papel de baño adicional en los baños. Al día siguiente de nuestra llegada pudimos hablar con nuestro asesor de playa momento y soluciono todos los detalles comentados.

Everything was very clean and in general the unit is quiet There is some music at the restaurant across the street on weekends, but it ends early around 10:30PM, so not too disturbing.

The desk staff were like family (only friendlier) cleaning staff were very efficient and friendly.The location is great being only a block and a half from 5th Avenue. Many restaurants within easy walking distance. We ate at a different one every day.Wonderful experience.

Porte d'armoire brisée et non utilisable car la penture est brisée et no-utilisable et non réparée même si on l'a demandé au moins 4 fois en un mois. Ménage moyen. Service en-dessous de la moyenne.
