This is an amazing house. The host were the best that I’ve ever had in all my travels so helpful and friendly. We had a party of 10 adult adults. It was so easy to hang at the pool in the outside living area and cook for 10 or more. I would highly recommend staying here.

Location! Location!

Location, location, location!! Nestled right in La Fortuna with walking distance to restaurants and local attractions but feels like a country living, giving you plenty of privacy/ surrounded by lush greenery and all types of fruit trees.Features modern living in and out. The host Terecita was very thoughtful when building this new construction. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Stunning Property and Location

Our stay at Palma Verde Arenal was nothing short of perfect! We were a group of four couples, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Teresita. She made us feel right at home and set the tone for a memorable stay.The location of the property is ideal—just a quick walk from the center of town with easy access to great restaurants . The house itself is absolutely charming, built with love and attention to detail. Every corner of the house exuded comfort, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds, the private pool and the beautiful landscaping. There was no shortage of thoughtful touches throughout the house, making it clear that the owners care deeply about the experience of their guests.Overall, Palma Verde Arenal was the perfect place for our group to relax, enjoy each other's company, and explore the beauty of Arenal. We highly recommend this property. Thank you, Teresita, for making our trip so special!

Really loved the rooms more like a hotel the the whole property had a a house feel. Awesome location to town. Pool private. Appliances all modern and great.
