Cable/internet included as well as a onsite garage parking space. Enjoy an amazing ocean view from the balcony or relax in 1,430sqft (132sq Meters) of air conditioned luxury. Centrally located condo directly on the beach and at the foot of world-famous Lincoln Road. Lobby, gym, and pool all recently remodeled. One month min. stay required by building. Background check $50/person over 18 required by building.

This is a vibrant neighborhood. If I were vacationing in Miami Beach, this is where I would want to stay. It is located where Lincoln Road meets the sand. There is no better location.
