Our modern beach-style home is a pristine 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house designed to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. It also includes a detached garage which serves as an extra "hangout" area. Nestled within a serene neighborhood which backs up to a stretch of dunes and forest along Lake Michigan, our property boasts a spacious fenced-in backyard perfect for grilling sessions, observing wildlife, and cozy fires under the starlit sky. On breezy nights, you can also listen to the soothing sound of the waves. Situated within walking distance of an array of incredible bars/restaurants, our location also offers a walking trail from the backyard that leads right to 26 miles of beaches. Most notably, Pere Marquette beach is a 15–20-minute walk north out of the neighborhood and Muskegon Country Club is right around the corner to the south. The public access boat launch is conveniently located within the neighboring marina across the street. Adventure enthusiasts will rejoice with close to 65 miles of multi-use trails, along with 3 state parks and 2 major paddle sport rivers nearby. Culture seekers will find themselves spoiled for choice with access to 14 museums, vintage & antique shops, and vibrant farmers’ markets. And for those craving a taste of city life, downtown Muskegon is nearby while downtown Grand Rapids is just a 30-minute drive away. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, our home provides the perfect home base for your unforgettable getaway.

House Rules:
1. While non shedding pets are allowed, there will be a pet fee of $150 associated with the convenience of being able to have your pets come with you during your stay! We do make exceptions for shedding dogs upon SPECIAL REQUESTS.
2. No pets on couch or in beds.
3. Do not flush objects down toilets (including wet wipes). Only toilet paper.
4. Do not put food down kitchen sink drain. No garbage disposal.
5. Do not leave trash bags outside. Dispose of all bags in the trash cans provided to avoid attracting critters.
6. Do not park on grass due to septic.
7. Please refrain from moving furniture around. If furniture needs to be rearranged, move it back to its original location before checking out!
