One of the best spots to get those views of the Rocky Mountains on the Coal Creek Trail down the street, while being close to everything you want to do. 5 minute drive to restaurants and bars, 7-minute drive to 18 holes of disc golf, and 5-minute bike ride to miles of single track and downhill.

All of this is located in a quiet, freshly renovated walkout basement apartment with a private patio and plenty of space to get comfortable.

Like a hotel suite, but with all the extra amenities including a full kitchen (with all the cooking utensils you need), full laundry, and space for 6 people. This apartment has wonderful natural light at almost every time of day, multiple sitting areas so you don't feel cramped, and some of the softest towels on this side of the Rocky Mountains.

Once we arrived we were very pleased on instructions on where yo park, and the access into the property. The home was beautifully decorated & very clean. Easy & quick response from host when needed. We enjoyed the walking paths that were very close by. We found a great coffee shop - Cristos Coffee. Our family took us to Piripi resturant - which is in the heart of Erie & wonderful. Easy commute to Boulder & surrounding areas. We will be back!!

Loved the location. It was very family friendly. Especially as a family of 5 we were very comfortable. I’d book again. Just be mindful that it is the bottom unit of a home. And can hear those above you.

Quiet place in a great location with plenty of amenities! It was a very clean and comfortable place.While it did have AC and the host was easy to work with, the guests do not have control of the AC system - just FYI for those with allergies and special air requirements :)

The unit is basically a full size apartment that is the lower level of a huge home. Many houses in this area of the country are built this way.The unit is very spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything I needed. The beds were comfy. If we're back in Boulder we would definitely stay here again.Odd downside: the house hosts controls the AC. You cannot change it yourself. The apartment cooling is not separate from the house. I only have two requests of the hosts to make this good rental a PERFECT rebtal:First, replace the kitchen table (seats only 4) with a larger dining table that seats 6. If you have more than 2 guests for dinner, the current seating does not work. Having the 5th and 6th person eat at the counter? Uh, no. The dining area is huge. It needs a proper dining table... Second; add a grill outside. Especially since the kitchen stove top has NO ventilation. I was going to make steak for dinner but had to make something else.

This was our first VRBO experience and it was everything we'd hoped for and more. Our kids loved being here and we enjoyed having our own space while visiting family in the area. This is a fantastic location, the place is exceptionally clean and well cared for, and we hope to come back in the future.

This place was our home away from home for Christmas this year, and it was perfectly located, lovely, clean, comfortable, welcoming, and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our little family, including two young kids. Dan was a great host, responded quickly to communications, and went above and beyond in providing us with a pack n play and a step stool to the bathroom sink for the kids. We will be back! This was a great home base for us while we were in town for a wedding. It was plenty spacious and the kitchen was well equipped - perfect for cooking meals. There are wonderful walking/running trails very near by. We felt super comfy there! Thanks so much!

Cozy retreat in Erie

More comfortable than a hotel

One of the best home stays I've ever rented. Fully stocked kitchen, clean bathroom, laundry room, tons of room to hang out inside or out, thoughtful touches throughout, like board games and books for a rainy day. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a road trip around Colorado, with 2 young kids and 4 adults.The place was immaculate, spacious and had everything the listing promised. Compared to many other places we stayed at it was even fairly toddler proof, which was a nice surprise. In short we were very happy with our stay here. Lovely place, can highly recommend.

This was a fantastic property in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Host was super, answered my questions promptly. We were here mostly to just sleep but it was such a nice place and super clean (which I look for) for me it was a central location to Denver/Boulder/Rocky Mtn and Estes Park! Would recommend and would absolutely stay here again! Any and all amenities you can think of they had!!
