Please no shoes in the house at any time. We don't want to ruin our vintage moroccan rugs.
Ductless mini-splits serve as the HVAC for Pueo. We have one in the bedroom and one serving the living area.
We intentionally wanted to take this very old and sad home out of the sadness and into the realm of artsy / happy vibes.
Dine at the cool vintage table set on one of my rugs from Morocco that I also brought back by hand. I have a habit of finding large and heavy items abroad and flying them home with me!
Pueo means Owl in Hawaiian (we are from Hawaii). I recently renovated everything in this single wide mobile home. It's perfect for a couple or just one person. The kitchen is sealed with food grade sealer on the butcher block counters. There's also a nice cutting board I made for you to use!

Pets aren't allowed on furniture or in the beds. Please do not leave fuzzy home alone. We know from experience that when animals are left alone they get nervous and want to curl up in bed where you sleep and it ends up becoming a major issue for our cleaning crew. If the house is left with extra cleaning from pets and we have to incur additional cleaning charges or the bedding/linens needs to be replaced, we will be forwarding them to you at cost.

Absolutely the best stay!

I wanted to book close to Sedona but not in Sedona itself since traffic would have been appalling. I chose Cottonwood because of the nearby stores and restaurants. I liked the smaller town versus the melee of downtown Sedona. This was the perfect booking for me and my husband. From the photos I thought the house was going to be small but it was much more spacious than I expected. My mind has definitely been changed about this type of home. The kitchen was perfect for making meals and eating takeout tacos form Tortas de Fuego. It was well stocked with spices, oils, extra dish towels, ziploc bags, and foil. The washer/dryer and all the extra shelving in the bedroom was great for our stay. I found that I had a place for all my things instead of living out of my suitcase or squishing things in a drawer. I loved all the light that the unit has since there are many large windows with privacy blinds. The blackout blinds in the bedroom were a nice touch for those mid-afternoon naps. The neighborhood is quiet and a great starting point for exploring Sedona which is about 25 minutes away. For me, I think everything Sedona has, Cottonwood also has (namely tacos, Sedonuts, supermarkets, and a bookstore). Overall, I am glad I found and booked this place. It has exceeded all my expectations.
