A thorough cleaning with disinfectants is being used to clean the property and we also hand sanitizers at the entrance of the house.

Enjoy an exciting and yet relaxing Disney vacation in a lovely single family home, 4 Bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This villa has 2 master suites each with its own private bathroom, one with King and one with Queen bed. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV. The family room has a 42” LCD TV features hundreds all-digital channels. Free phone calls across the USA and Canada. Free wireless broadband Internet access. Private swimming pool features a spa with screen for child safety. Covered lanai by the pool. Game room has pool table and air hockey table. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare dinner, including large refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. It can comfortably seat four people at a large breakfast table. With the formal dinning table.

We supply a light weight stroller, portable crib & highchair.
We also supply a iron board, iron box and hair dryers.
Indian Creek is a just 5 min from Disney Animal Kingdom, 10 min from outlet malls & 30 min from Orlando International airport.

2 mins walk from villa is a children's playground; soccer & baseball pitch; lake & running circuit. Tennis court on site. Many golf courses close by.

Super Walmart is approx. 1.5 miles on N.Old Lake Wilson and local supermarket in the Formosa Gardens shopping center There are also plenty of restaurants - Red Lobster, The Outback, Buffalo Wild Wings, BoneFish Grill, Chuys, Olive Garden, TGI Fridays, Taco Bell, Subway, McDonalds, Burger King, IHop and Denny's to name a few.

Spring Break ‘25

We’ve enjoyed our stay once again. This has been my family’s 3rd stay at this location and never disappoints. This time we brought a friend and she really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The manager Kim is so nice and very responsive when messaging. Love our stays here and will in the future book this house. Thanks again for a really great house to rent.

Great stay, with no issues.

Location is very good for all Disney Parks with plenty of food shops and restaurants near by too. The accommodation has everything you need, beds are comfortable, pool is great and kitchen has enough to get by for a vacation. While the accommodation is priced well, it is slightly dated and a bit rough around the edges. However nothing that affects your stay and if your ok with that it can work perfectly.

Peaceful and tranquil, 10/10 will stay again.

We drove about 1600 miles to finally arrive in such a nice rental unit, everything was clean pool was very very clean. We had our daughter celebrate her birthday on the 4th of July, We took her to Disney and all other attractions were close to the rental, was an all-around great experience. Kim was such a pleasant host, replied right away. Wished our daughter a happy birthday which felt heartfelt. Thank you for welcoming us into the unit Kim! 10/10.

Nice Pool and Hot Tub

The host was very responsive during the booking process and therafter. The house and neighborhood look quite used. Although the appliances worked well and were current and clean, the towels and bedding need to be replaced. Pillows and some sheets had stains. Pillows very thin. Dining table legs very loose. More lighting is needed in living room. Overall our grandkids had fun. The pool/hot tub was clean and great. Evening in water lights extended their swim time. Once management sent over missing pool cue chalk and air hockey disks and paddles they really enjoyed the game roomSome towels were thresd bareand there

Family Vacation

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this beautiful home. Upon arrival we were amazed at the location and set up of the Indain Creek community. It was a nice neighborhood, location was amazing 10 minutes from Disney's Magic Kingdom and 24 minutes from Universal Studios. It allowed relaxation and comfort of being on vacation without being in the chaos of vacation land. The home is beautiful and very spacious. We had 5 adults and two children staying at the home with room to spare. We were not cramped or running into each other at all. The management of the home was very helpful and willing to answer questions at anytime. Thank you Kim for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and look forward to visiting again. Laura

Ok, for the price

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. We have three kids (10,10,8) and they really liked the game room in the garage and the pool. The pool was heated, which in the winter months came in handy. The bathrooms were clean, but the carpet was in pretty bad shape. There were a lot of stains from it simply being old and worn down. In the master bathroom with did come across a bug and a gecko when we first arrived. We were afraid we would run into move bugs throughout our stay, but we did not. The property manager offered to come have the property sprayed for bugs, but we declined since we had children. We also wish there had been some dishwasher soap or laundry soap. The house manual asks people staying there to start the dishwasher before they go and to also start the sheets, so I would expect soap to be provided if they wished us to do these things. Overall, for the price, this property was decent and worked fine for our stay in Orlando

Thanks for taking time to review your stay, glad you enjoyed your stay with the exception of the few issues, we normally schedule carpet cleaning every quarter and one is already scheduled in two weeks. We are sorry you experienced the issue with gecko, gecko's are quite common around Kissimmee and they are unavoidable and harmless. they are several ways they sneak into homes such as sliding doors, main doors or windows kept open. As for starting the dishwasher and laundry, that is not a must it is mostly a kind request to guests as a courtesy to do it, if you can't that is fine and the management company will take care of it, there are no additional charges or fees as a result of not starting it. Glad to hear the price met your needs for a overall decent stay. - Kim

Overall our experience was very good. The layout of the house, pool, game room, and closeness to Disney were top notch. That was all really nice!! There were a lot of little things that were frustrating. There was no extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags or other useful amenities in the house. One of the days we were there a repairman showed up to fix the TV and we weren't informed. I didn't mind he came I just wish I would have known. There was a note about not using the AC which was disappointing. One of the days the house was really hot. The beds in the blue room were incredibly loud. Anytime you moved on the beds it woke the other person up. All of these things are minor and totally fixable but it definitely affected the trip. How close it was to Disney makes me torn as to whether or not I would stay here again. The little things definitely started adding up by the end of the trip.

Thanks for the response, renting a Villa is slightly different from renting a hotel. we do provide a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a trash bag in each bin but beyond that customers need to purchase what they need for their stay including toiletries. We did recommend in all our check in details to contact the management if you had any questions or needed any clarification and the AC issue could have easily been cleared if you contacted the management company. The note on the AC said not to lower the temperature below the standard settings, as the unit could freeze, it did not specify "not to turn" on the AC. After all this is a Florida home, so AC can be turned on and off anytime. So sorry these minor things added inconvenience.

Needs a lot of TLC

While this property has potential to be great it is clear that either the owners do not care to properly maintain the home or their management company is not upfront with them. At first glance the property appeared "clean". But as we were unpacking we saw more and more how in need the home was of maintenance and a good deep clean. We reached out to the owner and she assured us someone would be there the next day to clean and we requested specific areas to be addressed. Stains/splatters on the walls, filth all along the walls in the kids bedrooms and a few other problem areas. When we returned home it was clear that none of that had been done even though the owner insisted someone came in. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies to clean the walls next to the beds our children were sleeping in. The whole home needs a deep clean, repainting and general TLC. There was lots of dust on all the ledges and under the furniture. Things/food under beds from past renters. Towels are extremely thin and some even unraveling. Pillows extremely thin and used.The garage "game room" looks like it has not been cleaned in a long time, there are 2 dead lizards in it that look like they have been there a while, dust all accumulated on the pool table. The air hockey table is so worn down in spots it made it difficult to play. We loved the location of the home for our Disney trip but will look elsewhere for our next stay.

Thank you taking time to review the property, while we appreciate your feedback , we totally dont agree with you, since your intentions from the day you checked in was trying to get some refund out this, so clearly this review is result of not getting a refund. Previous guests have stayed there and left great reviews, so this shows your intentions were all wrong. We also offered you a choice to leave if it was unfit and we will refund you the same day and also encouraged to call VRBO, so we have been honest and open in our communication. We also asked for pictures of the stains and you also could have shown receipts of leaning supplies, which you did not submit and it is shame to leave a dishonest review with showing any proof. You also used different names when booking and checking in, so be fair to a host next time you are renting. Please dont try to annoy or scam other hosts like this anymore.

The house was wonderful. All of the basics we needed were supplied. Location was great for Disney and was not too bad from the airport. Great Vacation Home

Ants

Sorry to say but i was disappointed in the home , blinds where falling apart . Outside Furniture need updating . And the Stove and Cookware awful . Also the House full of Ants!! Anyway , the Home needs some updating !!! The Owner Kim was very nice , but sorry we would not rent again:(
