Historic Home in a great downtown neighborhood in St Petersburg Fl. Safe and Great Walkable Location. Walkable to Cresent Lake Park, Body Electric Yoga Studio, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Pineapple Expresso, Casual Clam, and more. This is a two-bedroom house set up with the second bedroom as an office. Washer and Dryer in the house. Nice wood bamboo floors, plaster walls, and quality art will welcome you to this gem. We have created three separate outdoor sitting areas to take in the Florida great weather. One small breakfast area in the shade off the living room sliding glass doors, a larger deck in the back off the shell walkway, and the traditional front porch to meet the many neighbors walking and taking their dogs for a stroll. Off-street parking in brick paved driveway and all utilities paid. There is a rear second attached rental apartment, but the parking and courtyard are separated and private.

This well-kept property is located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with mature trees, just minutes from all St Petersburg offers. It has 3 outside seating areas to enjoy and a generous driveway. Travis is a welcoming and accessible host, and we highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful 3 month stay with our Shichon Millie.

Home away from home

Convenient location, super close to downtown and grocery stores. Easily accessible, have your own parking spot and it is pet friendly :)

Great location

Great house in a great neighborhood located close to downtown. Not only is the owner great and responsive the entire neighborhood brood is friendly. This was a great place for us in our transition after Hurricane Helene

Great house, amazing area, fantastic vacation

The vacation was simply perfect. It's located in a very quiet and dog-friendly area. The Coffee Pot Blvd is only a 5-minute drive away. Everything else can also be reached in less than 10 minutes. The host always responds very quickly and is very friendly. We also got along great with the neighbors. Definitely recommendable.

Excellent little spot

Clean property, quiet neighborhood, great location near grocery stores and restaurants and still close enough to downtown to where it's only about a 5-10 minute drive. For those that do stay, it's a two bedroom but the second bedroom has a futon. To open it, fold it all the way forward and you'll hear it release to fold back. You do have the majority of the house and there is an apartment attached with a resident living in it, but he's nice enough and keeps to himself.
