The place was nice and cute. Things to change is the sofa is wore out and not inviting to sit on and the chairs on the balcony has holes in them and there is glitter EVERYWHERE!!!

The apartment was cozy & close to uptown. Easy checkin/checkout process. Lots of extras like comfy robes & a bottle of wine. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again!

I really was impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and property. I love that it is gated and you need your key to get in. The pool was clean. I will definitely stay there again. The one thing that I didn't like is not getting my check in instructions before getting to the property. It caused a delay waiting to get checked in. But no worries, everything else made up for it. Wish I had a longer stay.

Location was great, liked the secure parking. There were air freshener plugins with very strong fragrance that irritated our breathing. A lot of dust in air vent grates. It was very dark inside the unit. Very odd toilet paper. But for a short stay it was fine.

The property was fair at best. It was fine but I won’t stay again. There were problems with the entry code but the host called me quickly after I messaged via VRBO and the issue was resolved. Inside, there’s a light out in the kitchen and the one over the shower. The fire detector was sitting on the desk, battery next to it. The couch cushions need to be replaced and the upholstery cleaned/replaced. The coffee table seemed functional but has large pieces off the top. The mattress was mediocre in comfort. The floors are dirty. I mean dirty. Our shoes were sticking to the floor. They weren’t sticky with just socks on, which we thought was weird and don’t know why. But with just socks (white), the floors turned them dark with minimal walking within the unit. Our towels smelled musty and when I went to wash them, we discovered there wasn’t any laundry detergent available . That makes the listing somewhat misleading. I will say, it was quiet and the bathroom seemed clean. We also like the location, 1.5 blocks from the train line which takes you to Uptown, and shortly around the corner from the highway.
