This 1 bedroom rental has direct water views and a private deck overlooking the water. Enjoy the 585 feet of shared lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards and fire pits.

Walk 0.5 miles to the Squamside Beach Bar or Walter's Basin restaurant. Only 200 yards away is The Ice House Creamery with home made ice cream. See bears, bobcats and mountain lions 1 mile away at the Squam Lakes Science Center.

This 1 bedroom rental has a full bathroom, full kitchen and private deck overlooking the lake. There is a breakfast bar and a pull out sofa in the living room with a queen bed.

This rental shares the 2.3 acres and 585 feet of lake frontage with other cabins and suites on the property. The outside common areas include a beautiful sandy beach, fire pits, bbq grills and outdoor activities.

Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be sent to the guests prior to arrival.

Smoking is only permitted on the property at the designated smoking areas near the parking lot. Although we love pets, unfortunately this is a pet free property. There are multiple pet boarding facilities close by.

Guests are asked to bring their own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Guests are also asked to leave the property as clean as it was when they arrived. This allows us to provide the room without having to charge a resort fee or cleaning fee.

Guests are welcome to use the rental, the deck and the entire 2.3 acres of the property, including the beach, swim raft, canoes, kayaks and paddle boards.

Please do not enter the barn, garages or the docks marked as private.
