About this property

Make memories at this newly renovated 2 bedroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits and swim rafts.

Walk 0.5 miles to the Squamside Beach Bar or Walter's Basin restaurant. 200 yards away is The Ice House Creamery with home made ice cream. 1 mile away you can see bears, bobcats & mountain lions at the Squam Lakes Science Center.

A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake!

This suite shares the 2.3 acres and 585 feet of lake frontage with other cabins and suites on the property. The outside common areas include a beautiful sandy beach, fire pits, bbq grills and outdoor activities.

Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be sent to the guests prior to arrival.

Smoking is only permitted on the property at the designated smoking areas near the parking lot. Although we love pets, unfortunately this is a pet free property. There are multiple pet boarding facilities close by.

Guests are asked to bring their own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Guests are also asked to leave the property as clean as it was when they arrived. This allows us to provide the room without having to charge a resort fee or cleaning fee.

Guests have access to all rooms within the unit. Guests are encouraged to explore the property both on land and on the water. Use of kayaks and canoes are free for guests during daylight hours.

Please do not go under any buildings, in basements or in the garage.

Guests renting weekly from 6/29 - 8/31 are asked to bring their own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Linens are provided in the spring and fall. Guests are also asked to leave the property as clean as it was when they arrived. This allows us to provide the room without having to charge a resort fee or cleaning fee.

Quiet hours are from 11 pm - 8 am.

Our septic systems are fragile so PLEASE do not flush anything that is not toilet paper, even if it says flushable.
