About this property

The Boulders at Squam: Moose Manor is a stand alone cabin with an amazing waterfront screen porch. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and free use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits and swim rafts.

Walk 0.5 miles to the Squamside Beach Bar or Walter's Basin restaurant. 200 yards away is The Ice House Creamery with home made ice cream. See bears, bobcats & mountain lions 1 mile away at the Squam Lakes Science Center.

A perfect place for your family to vacation!

This cottage shares the 2.3 acres and 585 feet of lake frontage with other cabins and suites on the property. The outside common areas include a beautiful sandy beach, fire pits, picnic tables, bbq grills and outdoor activities. This cottage has the best yard on the property.

The 1 bedroom has a queen and full bed in addition to the queen sized pull out couch in the living room.

Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be sent to the guests prior to arrival.

Smoking is only permitted on the property at the designated smoking areas near the parking lot. Although we love pets, unfortunately this is a pet free property. There are multiple pet boarding facilities close by.

Guests have access to all rooms in the cottage. It is encouraged for guests to explore the property both on the land and on the water. The kayaks, canoes and paddle boards are free to use!

Please do not go under any buildings, in any basements or in the garage. Thank you!

Guests renting weekly from 6/29 - 8/31 are asked to bring their own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Linens are provided in the spring and fall. Guests are also asked to leave the property as clean as it was when they arrived. This allows us to provide the room without having to charge a resort fee or cleaning fee.

Quiet hours are from 11 pm - 8 am. Please be courteous to your neighbors.

Our septic systems are fragile so PLEASE do not flush anything that is not toilet paper, even if it says flushable.
