Across the street from the beach, quiet elegant south end of the island.

Escape the cold, come to paradise and enjoy this immaculate condo perched on the 4th floor with fabulous bay and canal views. The private master bedroom with a full ensuite bath and a large walk-in closet opens to a large, screened lanai welcoming the sunrise. The guest bedroom comes with two twin beds, a large walk-in closet, and a full bath. An extra rollaway bed is also available. The open floor plan allows you to entertain your guests in the charming relaxing LR or large DR while you prepare meals in the updated fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 TV's, 2 DVD's, Wi-Fi, and your own washer and dryer for your convenience.
Enjoy the spacious screened porch/lanai all day with spectacular views of Estero Bay, canals, boats, dolphins, manatees, and fishermen. Take a swim in the in-ground heated pool with a large sundeck. The sandy beach is across the street with a private parking lot.

Amenities include community heated pool, deeded beach access, fishing pier and Bay Beach Commons Club which includes: pickleball, tennis and bocce ball courts; putting and chipping greens; hiking paths, picnic huts....
Shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, farmer's and craft markets are all around the corner at Santini Plaza. Next door is the Public Marina with great boat rides or rentals where you can spot manatees and race with dolphins.
The community also offers easy access to Fort Myers/Bonita Springs/Naples/Sanibel Island/Captiva so you can enjoy and explore the Sunshine State!

The King mattress is very old

Only negative was the King size mattress was very uncomfortable. I would say that mattress needs to be replaced. I would not stay there again. If they bought a new mattress I would consider staying

Clean condo with a great location

We spent a week at this Casa Marina Condo and enjoyed the stay immensely. The condo was an older one, but well maintained. The screened lanai was large and had a great view of the yacht club marina . The area is off of the busy road and is quiet. The pool area is nice too!. Sahar was easy to communicate with, and we would stay here again.

We have rented a number of units at Casa Marina over the years, but found Sahar's particularly well-equipped and comfortable. We especially appreciated the beach umbrellas and sand augers that made our afternoons on the shore easy for those who needed some shade. Sahar was responsive; the condo was clean; the weather was lovely. Great stay!

The view from the lanai was fantastic. We watched the boats going out into the bay from the marina. Casa Marina is a great place to stay as we have done for many years. The landscaping of the grounds is impeccable. The pool area is excellent and never overcrowded. Casa Marina is far enough away from Estero Blvd. so that there is no noise. I would recommend to anyone to stay there.

OLDER UNIT BUT A VERY NICE, COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS, EQUIPPED AND WELL MAINTAINED. NICE POOL AREA, CLOSE TO NICE SHOPPING PLAZA WITH SEVERAL RESTAURANTS. ONLY NEGATIVE WAS A MUCH LONGER WALK ( FOR OLDER FOLKS) TO THE BEACH THAN WE HAD ANTICIPATED.

The condo is nicely located and decorated. Well maintained furniture & appliances. I love the location and the quietness. I enjoyed the pool, the nearby beach and the activities. I can't wait until I come back. My wife and kids loved the privacy, the comfortable beds, and the spacious front room. I highly recommend you to stay. No worries, safe and secured building, covered parking, a elevators are present. We are definitely coming back

Love the unit and Island

Casa Marina has large 2 bedroom Condo's with 9' ceilings to make the unit seem even larger. On check in, this unit was professionally cleaned, everything up to date and working. The owner has left a very detailed book with all the information and instructions, nothing left to chance. I love this location on the island and intend to come back for many years, this place has made the winter such fun. The owners are responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Very nice, well maintained, clean condo with many amenities and relaxing water views. Excellent, quiet, convenient location with sandy beach across the street. Would recommend this property highly and would go again there with the rest of my family.
