Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Text when you leave
Turn off Air Conditioners
Put remote controls on dining room table. Put beach pass back on the wall
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Cats. Electricity is not provided for stays over 21days.
The tenant is responsible for putting the trash and recycling on the curb every Wednesday evening for Thursday morning pickup
Rental Agreement must be signed and emailed, along with govt pic ID, 7 days before check-in. No check-in without a signed agreement and govt pic ID.

We stayed at this location for three nights. It was a great home to stay in and the view is unbeatable for the price. Everything was very clean and comfortable and we had consistent and helpful communication with our host. Would definitely recomend!

The host, Robert, was an incredible host. Very easy to contact and does a great job mediating between guests and the upstairs tenants. Cleanliness of the space is always my number one priority and this space met my standards. My only feedback were the beds! They are ultra firm and would’ve loved the option of a mattress topper, but that’s just me being bougie waking up the the view was just magical.

Bestie getaway

My best friend and I wanted to get out of the city with our pups for a long weekend, and this was absolutely the perfect place to do that! Robert was accommodating, kind, and quick to respond. And the neighborhood/community is adorable, friendly, and low key. Being literally steps from the beach was beyond amazing, and being able to sit on the front patio and get the breeze/view was unmatched! Can’t wait to come back again!

Great Location Great Beach House

What an amazing time my family and I had!! Will definitely refer this house Robert was on Point with everything we needed it pickle ball basketball baseball and gloves even a lefty glove WOW!! Place is truly AMAZING!! our kids loved the Low tide so much Ocean To explore!! Great suggestions on things to do and Eat wonderful people in the neighborhood that greeted us so friendly will definitely will be back!!!

Lovely location and cozy house

This property was quite cozy and clean, with all the amenities one could want. The decoration was very cute and the location was amazing, especially for 4th of July since the beach is right outside. However it is important to note that the beach is rocky, not sandy, and gets quite shallow so it’s not the best for swimming. Nearby walnut beach and silver sands beach are both great for swimming. We never saw the upstairs neighbors and they were very quiet.

New Haven, the home of Yale University and College Street Music Hall is only a 20-minute drive away and features fine dining, shopping, museums, theaters, and arts and cultural activities.

We can enjoy the comfort of our home or we can drive 10 minutes to the Metro-North train station and be in New York City in 90 minutes. We can spend the day fishing, kayaking, or sailing in the summer and be at Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun casinos for dinner and world-class concerts in 90 minutes. Milford, CT is the perfect location to do all the things you enjoy.
