The property is a two story house. The 1st floor is for you the guests and you will have the entire property to yourselves. The space is 1300 s.f. The first floor has ocean and sunset views. The spiral staircase will take you to the second floor patio to relax and enjoy fantastic views of the ocean, beach, sunsets and the estuary.

Entire first floor and patio, upstairs patio and backyard. Backyard has an available BBQ and fire pit. Ample parking available on the property.
