Casa Tres

Casa Tres is a family-friendly bungalow on the 2nd row from the beach. This clean and cozy home is a four-minute walk to the beach and the perfect Rocky Point getaway.

The two-bedroom home features a large master suite with a queen bed. The other bedroom features two twin bunk beds – and is adjacent to the 2nd bathroom that includes a bathtub – nice for the kids. There are air conditioners and ceiling fans in every room, so your family will stay comfortable no matter the season.

The main living area features a kitchen with island, dining table, and spacious living area for all to hang out after a day in the sun. High-speed internet makes remote working and schooling a breeze. The front patio of the home is another cozy gathering space featuring a wood pellet barbeque grill, hammock, and comfortable Adirondack chairs -- a great space for an afternoon margarita.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, blender, espresso maker, tea pot, and a dining table for 6. For quality time with the family, there are lots of board games and playing cards to keep all entertained. There is also a bocce ball set available to take down to the beach to enjoy some friendly competition. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. Minimum 2 nights; Holidays 3 nights. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay). Pets upon approval.

simple beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is in the third row of houses from the beach. A code box for the door would be great. there was only one key to unlock the padlock so we always needed to find who had it before heading back to the house from the beach.The house is open and spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Very low water pressure in master shower, the sliding screen doors were in disrepair and the fridge leaks on the kitchen floor at night but all in all a great stay. Be sure to bring your own paper towels, drinking water and coffee filters!
