Paradise with exclusive location - comfort, nature and privacy in Floripa

Exclusive house on the coast of Joaquina beach, all the comforts of a well equipped house by the sea on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florianópolis. Prime location, is the only private house on the beach. Sea view from every room, every window is a picture. Unforgettable experience of contact with nature by the sea, experience of the day on the beach from sunrise to sunset, without traffic inconveniences, the house provides a holiday accommodation with full enjoyment.

The space
Geographically located in Ponta do Retiro, the unique 5,000 m² property features a lush garden with native and exotic trees in perfect harmony with the surrounding sea. It is an exclusive house in Joaquina Beach with access made by the beach.
Accessing the property the garden reveals several spaces with varied views of the beach where you can enjoy.
On one level there is a large covered barbecue with living area, outdoor shower and own bathroom.
At the level of the house there is a large deck with another outdoor barbecue, shower and table and chair area where we set up meals on sunny days and starry nights. This level also includes a walk through the pines to a gazebo to have a privileged view of the sea.
Above the level of the house there is another deck with infinite views of the east, the sea and the sunrise or the moon. There is a fire brick built into the deck where we light a fire to enjoy the night. In this area we also grow a small organic garden.
Going up the hill there is another smaller deck with lookout function, because we are already at the height of the tree canopy.
Entering the house, the lower floor consists of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, toilet and cellar. Upstairs are the bedrooms, a suite with panoramic spa bath, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with TV. All rooms have air conditioning, closed cupboards, and blackout curtains, are very comfortable for resting and all have sea views.
Connecting the rooms externally we have a large balcony that is shaded and is very nice to contemplate the sunset, with comfort and tranquility.

Other remarks
So close to the sea and far from fiber optics, we don't have many internet options. Our Wi-Fi access is good but it is a limited data package. Generally enough for general use, it just doesn't support heavier functions.
The guest can park in a private parking which is 120 meters from the house where we offer 2 spaces for a fee.
I am always available to assist with luggage and reception in such cases.
