I am a general contractor in Granite Bay, CA. My wife Jill and I purchased this cabin for our family 14 years ago. We love everything Tahoe has to offer: biking, hiking, water sports, beaches, snow activities and the fresh air. We love spending time at the cabin with our 5 little grandsons and all our family.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is quiet and close to beaches, trails, and close enough to ski resorts and town.

What makes this property unique

It has "Old Tahoe" style, but all the modern conveniences of home. All the beds are good quality, comfortable and just a couple years old. The outdoor space is very comfortable and has a nice gas firepit. This is our family cabin so we stock it with nice, comfortable furniture inside and out.
