"Walking distance to the beach" offerings neglect to mention that lugging beach stuff in the Florida sun even half a block is suffering. Don't be fooled by fake beach house listings.
Enjoy Captain Henry's 3-bedroom 1-1/2 bath beach house with large outside lounge/sun/fun area, indoor spacious Florida Room (aka "the grotto") and open kitchen and living room, a back yard with outdoor shower. And the sand is just steps outside your door. This unique beach house opportunity is a perfect blend of rustic, salty, private, unique, and comfy.
