This property is located on a hillside with plenty of privacy and a great location with easy access to all attractions: Marys Lake, fishing, hiking, golf, and 4 miles to the south entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.

Summer in the Rockies is a family home that you will feel relaxed in. With great views, a remote feel yet near town, this cabin home will be your favorite place to stay during your vacation in Estes Park.

This 3 bedroom cabin sleeps 6 people comfortably. You'll enjoy the King bedroom, the Queen bedroom, the 2 Twin beds bedroom, and the Full size hide-a-bed in the living area.


We provide a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.


Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.



The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$160 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$160(mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $160, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$35 (trash pickups beyond included 2 week pick ups, if requested, $35 each)





What to be aware of:

- NO  A/C 
- Minimum age 25 yrs old to rent this home. 
- This property is on a well. Be conservative when using washing machine.
- No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Fines apply.
- Quiet Time 7 p.m.
- 4WD vehicle required in the winter.
- Parking for 4 cars in driveway.
- No large vehicles, i.e. RVs, trailers.
- ZIP LINE is NOT for GUEST use.
- The cabin is on a well/septic system.
- Estes Park is a DARK SKY community - Please bring a flashlight 
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
