The Coach House is located on Crocker Ranch, named for former owner Frank Crocker. It lies in the valley below Mount Olympus and Park Hill. Crocker made Estes Park his summer home until his death in 1932. The Crocker Ranch has a number of historical associations connected to the ranch. In 1875 Alexander MacGregor's original toll road entered the Estes Valley through the Ranch. Its traces are still visible on the ranch property. The Crocker Ranch remains today in private hands with a number of its historical buildings intact and well preserved, including the Coach House.

The main level has the very large living area with a gorgeous wood burning fireplace with stonework around it. The kitchen is large and stocked with everything for your gourmet meal and a dining table to accommodate your family. A wood burning stone fireplace is the central feature of this dining area. Tall and spacious windows let all the light in and let you enjoy the mountain views.

Located on the main level is a queen size bedroom with a bathroom, the second bedroom on the main level has two twin beds. Located on the second level are two King bedrooms, each with a full size private bathroom.

- An additional liability release with electronic signature is required to finalize any reservation at this property.
- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
- Mid-stay cleans include cleaning of floors, countertop and furniture surfaces, and bathrooms. They do not include linens (unless requested, charged at an additional fee).

The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$200 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days billed at one half of the cleaning fee based on the specific property, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$200 (mid-stay cleaning for stays of 30+ days required every 14 days each at one half of the cleaning fee based on the specific property, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$35 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $35 each)

- Boundaries for walking the property posted in-house. Stay on roads, do not climb rock formations.
- DOG MUST BE ON Leash while outside at all times - no running and barking at livestock. 
- Do not approach, or engage with animals on the ranch.
- Parking for 4 cars.
- 4WD vehicle suggested for snow.
- Minimum age 25 yrs old to rent this home. 
- No Parties. No Smoking. Fines apply.
- Quiet Time is 7 p.m. 
- No large vehicles, i.e. RVs, trailers, ATVs, etc.
- Estes Park is a DARK SKY community - please bring a flashlight.
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted. 
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
