This new apartment has 2 bedrooms. One with 2 beds; master bedroom with 1 big bed. There are two bathrooms. In the livingplace is a seat with two rather small beds in it. So you can sleep with 6 people in the apartment. But only 4 or 2 is recommanded. The livingroom, the master bedroom and the whole terrace have a mighty, undisturbed view on the Ria Formosa: the natural park. Fully equiped kitchen, TV, internet, underground parkinglot. A infinity pool in the garden in nearby your apartment. Free loungeseats near the pool.
On the terrace you have your breakfast in the sun.
The apartment is nearby the town of Fuseta; you can have a fine stroll along the seaside.
Fuseta is a small town, where you can join with the locals and tourists. Good food an very reasonable prices. Nearby the airport of Faro (20 minutes drive) and Sevilla.
No pets, no smoking in the apartment. NO PARTY'S

Amazing view

A beautiful big balcony with an amazing view. The unit was exactly as pictured, and well stocked with everything needed for an extended stay. The pool area is beautiful! The location could not be better, Close to the town beach, or the ferry to go across to the larger beach. Steps away from the Ecovia, great for walking or biking. A paradise for bird lovers! And a short walk to the train station for day trips to Tavira, Olhao and beyond.

You won't beat this apartment in Fuseta

The apartment is very modern, spacious and well equipped but the more important point for us is that it has a view of the Ria Formosa to die for. Walking distance to everything you need but quiet and peaceful. We will be back.

Great apartment and amazing sea view!

The apartment is decorated to a very high quality throughout. It is situated within a low density, impressive looking development. Every apartment has a generous balcony overlooking the sea, and access to the most beautiful landscaped garden and an infinity swimming pool. My only negative points are firstly the mattress of the king size bed - there are actually two single (cheap) mattresses pushed into a king size bed frame - which is not the most comfortable especially for someone who loves catching up on sleep on holiday. Secondly, the aircon can be a bit of a mystery sometimes, as they would stop working because they get set into this timer on/off mode unknowingly.

Hello Thank you for taken your time to write something. We also love good matrasses. We have taken a lot of time to choose good ones. The facts: - They are not cheap. 1200 euro for both of them. - The back- and frontside are made by 8 cm Tempur. Total thickness 27 cm. - It is a matrass that follows the lines of your body - Matrasses are used at the University Clinic at Leuven (Belgium) Sorry you did not liked those matrasses. I understand that matrasses are a very personal thing. We have also the second room with another kind of matrasses. About the airco: we will make a better description for our guests how to handle this remote control. Yes, it has his own will :-) Best regards.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sinnvoll aufgeteilt, die Gerätschaften in der Küche komplett. Die vorher per Mail übermittelte Einführung sehr instruktiv, Check- In war zügig. Es gab zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein, vielen Dank dafür. Sensationell ist der Blick auf die Isla Fuseta, allein dafür kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Besonders empfehlenswert für Oktober

DIe Aussicht und die Lage des Appartements ist sehr schön. Die Aussicht auf das Naturschutzgebiet ist fabelhaft. Im Oktober ist das Wetter mit 24 Grad Celcius noch sehr angenehm und Fuseta ist nicht überlaufen von Touristen. Das Appartement ist schön und empfehlenswert.

Es hat eigentlich an "Nichts" gefehlt ... Wunderbare Sonnenaufgänge und die Lage am Pool konnten wir genießen Sonnenschirme am Pool waren leider zur Hälfte defekt :-( Matratzen waren leider sehr weich .....( und zum Teil durchgelegen )

Mein Mann und ich waren für 10 Tage Gäste in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung und haben es bei traumhaftem Wetter sehr genossen. Modern, secure, and convenient

Clean modern apartment with great view in a secure complex, with underground parking. Walking distance to all eateries, beaches and ferry to Mediterranean beach. Plenty of room for two couples or a family. Reception at check in was great and Sonja provided us with much information on the area.

Perfect!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Fuseta! The appartment was well located and had almost everything we needed. There where only a few kitchen utensils missing (thongs and an extra spatula) for cooking, but we were there more than two weeks and were starting to get maybe a little too creative. We appreciated the help of the building staff and their availability. They were very helpful and waited for our very late arrival at 22:00 so that we could eat supper after our delayed flight. We are only sorry to have discovered the walking guides three days before our departure in one of the living rooms drawers. We still had a chance to discover the mountains after spending a few days walking along the beach. Hopefully, we will have the chance to return again soon.

Très bon séjour.

Résidence de très bon standing, dans un cadre magnifique au calme en retrait du centre mais a quelques minutes a pieds seulement des restaurants , plage et embarcadère pour les iles. L'appartement es impeccable propre lumineux et bien équipé, manque seulement un sèche cheveux et supports serviettes dans salles de bain, la vue est inoubliable. La piscine à l'eau salée, douce et naturelle vous fait oublier ces piscines au chlore. Le propriétaire fournit des informations au format PDF, relégué sur place par la réception accueillante et sympathique. Restaurant Tapas a ne pas manquer PAIOL et le restaurant CASA CORVO ou encore ce salon de thé, le nom m'échappe (37 rua Liberdade) et ces pâtisseries délicieuses, glaces et même le pain. N’oubliez pas de faire un saut a Olhao et son marché couvert et extérieur a voir absolument.

Good place to stay

The apartment was very nice and comfortable, finished to a high standard, was very well equipped with a lovely view and was private enough. The facilities are very good and it was good to have the secure underground car park too. We really liked the swimming pool and area although more sun loungers were required as it was busy which was the only down side. Perfect place to relax and holiday. Fuseta is a traditional Portuguese fishing town with lovely beaches, restaurants and super new tapas bars. We missed not having access to sport channels on the tv and would have taken another device to watch if we had known that was not available.

Gostei imenso ,o clima bom o apartamento muito luminoso com uma vista maravilhosa e tranquilo. Com uns pequenos premenores a melhorare,falta de cabides na casas de banho e crusetas nos ropeiros, os acessorios na cosinha pode ser melhor para ser um 4 estrelas como eu dei. A D. Sonia muito prestavel .A decomentaçao turistica no apartamento pratica. Eu penso voltar .
