A haven of tranquillity

The apartment has stunning views over the Ria Formosa and beyond to the barrier islands that border the Atlantic. It was spacious and very clean. It was perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Excellent accommodation

Great apartment in a lovely complex. Amazing views from the apartment. Really nice salt water pools - shallower kids pool and a larger deeper one. Great location with a short walk to the beach and town centre.

Week in Fuseta

Great location overlooking the nature reserve and a short walk to the restaurants in the town and the beach. Secure parking was very helpful. Apartment had dishwasher and washing machine plus other appliances. Rooms have air conditioning. Wi-Fi had a good speed and connection.

We frequently visit Fuseta and always stay at this development which never fails to deliver. Views are simply magnificent. Starting to show slight signs of wear since our first visit approx 10 years ago and prices are going up. Hope to return soon though

Nice view at Ria Formosa

Good and uncomplicated communication and processing. The location with a great view and within walking distance of the town is nice. The apartment was clean, but the rather sparse furniture is also quite worn. The mattresses were saggy and the bedding was of the lowest quality. In this price range we expected better quality furnishings.

The matrasses are bought in Belgium and these were also used at the University Hospital in Leuven. For some people to soft, other to hard? In the next months we arrange new cushions, new bedding linen an do an upgrade for the seating in the apartment.

Ottimo soggiorno, l’appartamento è nuovo e ben attrezzato e pulitissimo. Le vetrate del soggiorno e della camera matrimoniale offrono una vista impareggiabile. L’host è affabile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni per poter godere al meglio della vacanza. Il parcheggio sotterraneo riservato è un plus molto apprezzabile. Tutto veramente molto bene. Apartment mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Schönes Apartment direkt an der Küste. Ruhig gelegen, aber doch alles fußläufig erreichbar (Strand, Mercado, Restaurant etc.) Großer Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Ria Formosa. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Unser Frühstück konnten wir bei bestem Wetter jeden Tag auf dem Balkon genießen. Wir wurden von Sonia sehr nett empfangen, Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos (obwohl wir erst nach 19.00 Uhr eintrafen!). Stellplatz für Auto ist in der Garage vorhanden. Ein kleines Manko war jedoch die nicht-funktionierende Außenjalousie im Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite, sie ließ sich nicht öffnen und somit war es immer dunkel in dem Zimmer... Trotzdem würden wir das Apartment jederzeit wieder mieten, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl dort!

Ruhe und perfekte Aussicht

Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft. Sehr schöner Blick auf die Lagune, die zu jeder Zeit eine Ruhe ausstrahlt, die für die perfekte Entspannung sorgt. Morgens eine Runde im Pool macht den Tag richtig gut, kombiniert mit der guten Ausstattung der Wohnung ist der erholsame Urlaub garantiert. Kritikpunkte: die Dielen des Balkons färben extrem ab und sorgen für schwarze Fuß- oder Schuhsohlen. Was leider für unschöne Abdrücke auf den hellen Böden der Wohnung sorgt. Fuseta ist ein wirklich entspanntes Fischerdörfchen mit tollen Stränden und viel Flair, jedoch ist am Abend wenig los. Für einen Bummel im Leben sollte auf jeden Fall ein Mietwagen eingeplant werden.

Beautiful view of the Ria Formosa

This is a lovely, modern apartment with a balcony overlooking the Ria Formosa. The town of Fuseta and beach are a short walk from the apartment and it's a 25 minute drive to Tavira and fewer than that to Olhao. Great bird watching, local seafood and a very peaceful location.

Prima appartement, echter het beddengoed is bijzonder krap bemeten na één nacht ligt alles los met als gevolg dat je dagelijks de bedden af moet halen en opnieuw opmaken dat kan beslist beter en voldoende handdoeken zou ook niet verkeerd zijn.

Beautiful apartment with a fantastic view!

We enjoyed our stay in this tranquil apartment. We spent many hours enjoying the view the view from the balcony. The apartment was clean, quiet and well equipped. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and the pool was enjoyable. We hope to return soon!

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door Sonia die voor kerst inkopen voor ons deed. Aankomst 24/12 na 19:00 uur. Fantastisch aopartement en de weergoden helemaal aan onze zijde. Elke dag ontbijten buiten met adembenemend zeezicht. Volgende jaar weer als het aan ons lift. Plek voor rustzoekers

A Disagreeable Experience Stay November 2018

Stay November 2018 On arriving at the property we discovered that the “satellite/cable” television advertised had no English channels whatsoever – only German or Portuguese.But as part of our description of ourselves we had told the owner in writing that we were English and did not speak either of those languages. We would never have booked if he had told us the truth. We tried to contact the owner from the property,but this proved impossible.We did not take occupancy, and left in urgent search of alternative accommodation. Our subsequent email correspondence with the owner was most unsatisfactory.He claimed he had done nothing wrong, and put forward various excuses that became ridiculous.We are sorry to say we felt his behaviour was slippery.He kept our rent for the entire week, also the fee for the (unused) cleaning.

This is a unfair description. TV: we offered an apartment with TV satellite/cable and (!) there are English channels: CNN and BBC world. There where no previous questions about specific TV channels. There is internet; so can do streaming. Contact: someone is there at arrival and do the introduction of the apartment. We give directly response to mails (f.e. mail from 1-1-2018 at 11.54 answer at 1-11-2018 at 18.26; mail of 2-1-2018 11.52 answer at 2-11-2018 20.41; mail of 5—11-2018 at 16.46 answer 5-11-2018 at 18.02; mail of 6-11-2018 12.57 answer 6-11-2018 at 19.17 etc.). So “try to contact the owner but this is impossible” is totally not correct. At people who want to rent: mail us :-) Rent: we wanted to do a repayment (what is totally not common) of more than 20%, but this people refused. I still want to do this if I get there bankaccount (not yours :-) who reads this). If you come to Fuseta and in our apartment: enjoy the calmness, sea, sun and nature in front of you.

A changing visual feast each day

Great apartment, well kitted out and wonderful views over the estuary and beaches in the distance, from the terrace. Occasional smell of civilisation at the road side of the block. Good selection of local restaurants and ideal location for touring the lovely Eastern Algarve.
