I was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin. 18 frigid winters was about all I could handle, so I moved out west for college and never turned back!

I enjoy spending my time watching comedy, going to concerts, reading comic books, seeing movies, gaming, embarking on cross-country road trips, and playing with my dog.

Why they chose this property

I have lived in a few different neighborhoods across the LA area over the years, but I love this neighborhood in Glendale the most because of how uncharacteristically quiet it is for SoCal, while still being so close to all the incredible things Los Angeles has to offer!

You're only about 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from Pasadena, and 15 minutes from Hollywood!

You are also very close all the shopping at The Glendale Galleria and The Americana at Brand, and there are countless incredible restaurants in the area, many within walking distance!

What makes this property unique

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located near a freeway that makes it much more accessible to explore the many unique ares of Los Angeles.

The house includes a dedicated office, and the guest bedroom doubles as a movie theater!
