This luxury 3/3 is direct oceanfront with access to the Intracoastal, custom cabinetry throughout, granite counters, built-in oven/microwave, stainless steel appliances & wet bar with wine chiller. Property features beach towels, beach chairs, smaller cooler, umbrella, hair dryers, children's books, toys and pack n play.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed with ocean views & cable tv. Primary bathroom offers a garden tub, walk in shower & dual vanities.

At the front of the condo, there is a queen guest bedroom with cable tv. Additional guest bedroom features 2 full size beds with bath ensuite with walk in shower.

Laundry room offers full size washer, dryer, iron & board.

Large open tiled lanai off the living room. Oceanside at Beverly Beach features a community heated pool and spa. Private dune walk over for beach access.

Located just outside of the city limits of Flagler Beach, Oceanside at Beverly Beach is quiet and quaint.

2 dogs permitted per HOA, $150.00 per pet plus tax. Please note that the HOA requires active vet records.
