The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has two singles. Both bedrooms have built in dressers and closets for additional storage. Living room has been updated for the 2024 season with professionally designed luxury furniture and artwork. Upper loft is adapted to a flexible office and living space, complete with a fully equipped desk area, high-speed WiFi, and a sitting area which extends out to the second floor deck.

Less than a 5 minute walk to all that Madaket has to offer. Madaket Beach is right outside your front door, and kayaking in the harbor is right outside your back door. Walk to Millie's Restaurant and Bar for dinner and ice cream. Drive onto the beach, with 4x4 beach permit access right at the end of the road. Minutes from the bike path into town, and the Madaket NRTA bus line which provides access to the whole island.
