Three bedroom, two full bath beach house just a short golf cart ride to the beach. This beach house has everything you need for a stress free vacation. Full sized washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen, linens and towels included. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers available for use. Large hangout area under a covered carport with a propane grill, tv and furniture. Primary bedroom with en suite has a king size bed. 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds (single over full) and a single. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Pack and play also available for guests. Complimentary use of a 6 person limo Golf cart with seatbelts for children under 12.
Dogs allowed for an additional fee.

We really enjoyed our stay! The deck with the table & umbrella was great and we used it a lot! Our family loved the golf cart rides around the community. We can't wait to go back!

Great stay at a cozy place

Oceanside village is a grear community and this little cottage was absolutely wonderdul. It had plenty of room for pur family and was clean and well kept. Even had a welcome snack basket. Would definitely stay here again.

This may have been the cleanest house we have stayed in yet! The listing lived up to every word and the hosts provide everything you could need, even down to the cutest black washrags labeled "make-up"! Again, it was spotless, beds made, towels ready to go, not walking in sand, and if we needed it, they had it - they even provide 2 options for coffee brewing.The keyless entry was new to us, but easy to use and we quickly learned to love it. The newly renovated porch and covered outdoor sitting area was very nice, and the ability to use the golf cart was great as they are a must have in Oceanside Village! Only odd thing - no closet space or hangers for clothes (like polo's, dresses/skirts) but there was plenty of drawer space and an iron and ironing board! This is a great house! Would stay here again for sure! Thank you!!

Amazing week at the beach

This home is lovely! From the booking until arrival, Terri communicated everything we needed to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home has so many great features and stocked with everything we needed. Great location, the golf cart was perfect for the beach and evening rides with the kids and our dog. We slept well, as the beds were so comfortable. Every morning we enjoyed coffee on the screen porch. Hands down a hidden gem in oceanside village!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! We’ve been coming to Oceanside Village for the last 5 years, but this home beat any and all expectations we had. The location is unbeatable—so close to the pool and just a quick golf cart ride to the beach and all the fun spots. The house was sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The golf cart was such a fantastic bonus and made exploring so easy and fun. On top of that, the host was wonderful—so friendly, responsive, and very communicative, which made everything so easy from start to finish. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations, and we’ve already decided we’ll 100% be staying here again in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

The house was as described. Beds comfortable. Location was ideal. Outdoor carport with TV, chairs, and table was nice. The golf cart provided was a plus. Pet friendly was appreciated so we could bring our dog. The host said beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and cooler were provided. Usually this is limited or broken but not the case with this rental! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to return.
