The Primary Bedroom has a Queen Bed, dresser and two closets, and a Private Bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed and a dresser. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top and a double on the bottom. The Second Bathroom is located between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and has a large walk in shower. The Kitchen has an open floor layout with countertop seating for 3 and a center island, lots of cabinet space and counter space, lots of natural lighting and it opens up into the living room and dining areas. The dining area has a table and seating for 6. The porch is finished, with sliding windows and screens that overlooks the pond, with teak and cushioned couch that seats 6. The outdoor BBQ and Fire Pit area has seating for 10 plus.

There is a large private driveway from the public street that takes you to the home's private parking area and the entrance of the home. There is parking for 6 cars or more in the driveway. You follow the paver walkway to the entrance of the home and enter the smart lock code to enter.

Very quiet North Falmouth neighborhood known for evening walks and close to Megansett and Old Silver Beach

There is parking for at least 6 cars in the private driveway. The house is located on a quiet road in the heart of North Falmouth. North Falmouth is 10 Minutes from the Town of Falmouth, 10 Minutes from shopping at Mashpee Commons, and 20 Minutes to Woods Hole.

The pond is accessible from the house down a small path in the front yard. You can launch kayaks or boats from there (without motors, no jet skis) I do swim in that pond but swim at your own risk, there are snapping turtles in the pond so watch out if you do. You may see swan, otter, foul, turtles, frogs, and occasionally a fox and coyote.
Please park on the shell driveway. There is space for at least 6 cars.

There are a few things we ask you to do before you leave:
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash all other dishes, set them to dry on the drying rack
- Clean out the pantry, fridge, and freezer with any food you purchased while you -were here
- Take out the trash/recycling (including the bathroom trash) and drop it in the trash cans/recycling can in the trash shed next to the driveway.
-If your stay includes a Friday, please take trash cans out to street on Friday Morning before 8am or make arrangements with OB Property Management to put the cans out for you.
-Turn off all lights before checking out.
-Turn off all AC units before checking out.
