To ensure that all guests seeking a quieter getaway and are able to enjoy a tranquil experience, no children under 12 or pets  are permitted.  
This cottage is 220 sq ft with bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and small sitting area and deck.
Free Parking.
Single Queen Bed. 
Bathroom is private with a tub/shower and the kitchenette is furnished with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee kettle, and hotplate.
Utensils, dishes, glasses and cooking pots are provided.  Cottage has a picnic table,  heat, and air conditioning.
Linens and Towels provided.
Shared outdoor kitchen with grills (charcoal & propane) & lobster cooker.

We had a wonderful time at the Bay Meadow Cottages. It was the perfect hub for our Acadia adventure. Friendly staff that gave us great recommendations for the park. The cottage was perfect!

Everything is so well maintained by the owners. You can tell this resort is a labor of love. The staff is very friendly and assisted with printing out our park pass. The self serve pie and ice cream was so good. Wished we would have had it all three nights. The location was great for access to the park and other sites.

We stayed two nights in a cozy little cabin. The management is excellent and very hands-on, and we had everything available that we needed. The coffee every morning in the barn was awesome, and the owner is building a boat in there, which was interesting to see. The cottages are in a great location with restaurants nearby. We will stay there again if we get back to Bar Harbor!

Beautiful place with a nice cove. Very friendly owners. The cute cottage was perfect for our stay. I like that it was close enough to Bar Harbour and Acadia to easily jump in the car and be just about anywhere in 15-30 minutes. So much cool stuff to do in the area. The owners gave excellent recommendations for just about everything. Because of them we saw an incredible sunset at a lesser known beach about 5 minutes away. They were very accommodating.

Perfect location for Acadia visit

Cute cottage that was stocked for the weekend. Chairs by the water made for relaxing evening. Hosts team was friendly and helpful when asked, but not overbearing. They had some great recommendations and advice. Bed was comfy, shower had good power, we saw folks relaxing by the fire pits…it was perfect location for our New England weekend getaway.
