Our early 1900s renovated barn is an exceptional vacation rental that offers a truly remarkable experience. With expansive views of Lake Superior, easy access to North Shore hiking trails, and a quick four block walk to the Lakewalk that will bring you to everything the Canal Park waterfront district has to offer. Whether you’re seeking relaxation outdoor exploration or vibrant city life, our charming piece of history offers it all in one unforgettable package.

Bedroom:
*You will find a hotel, quality, king-size Serta mattress that ensures a restful nights sleep. For your entertainment needs, a 42 inch LG TV is available, equipped with local channels and streaming capabilities. To accommodate your belongings, we will provide ample storage space for your clothes and luggage, ensuring a clutter free, and organized environment.

Main living space:
*We have provided a second sleeping option for your convenience and comfort. We understand the importance of a good nights sleep, which is why we have included a cabinet bed with a queen-sized, high density, 6 inch foam mattress. The owners of the vacation rental are sticklers for quality beds, and this cabinet bed far surpasses a pull out couch.

*60 inch smart TV with local channels and streaming capabilities.

*Kitchen stocked with pots, pans, baking sheet and all the basic cooking utensils. Full size oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.

*Expansive lake views
*There is a business below the rental, we ask that you be respectful with noise between 9am and 5pm Monday- Friday.
*4 block walk to the Lakewalk, a paved trail along the shores of Lake Superior.

The Lakeview Barn was immaculately clean, spacious, very comfortable, and in a great location to access the Lakewalk for walking and bicycling. Our hosts Jason and Jennifer made checking in and checking out very easy, and they were available via text, email, and phone. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay at the Lakeview Barn again when we visit Duluth!

Spring getaway

The owners did a fantastic job creating this beautiful space. Everything in the description and pictures is accurate - very clean, has a super comfortable bed, great location and water views. Close to the Lakewalk that we took all the way down to Canal Park and back. We would definitely stay again!

Accurate description. Walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Ample parking. Very comfortable and clean. It was a cold snap when we stayed so did not walk to lake and drove to canal park. Saw Bentleyville and Glensheen Christmas! Super fun!!

The Perfect Place!

The apartment is so cute and clean. Great amount of space for 4 adults. Our first time in Duluth so we wanted to go to lots of places. Most activities were less than a 10 min drive! Another pro is the apartment is in an area with small businesses so we had our own parking area and it was very quiet.

Great location

It's a beautiful property very spacious. They were not exaggerating about the bed and bedding. It is incredibly comfortable. Everything was great but unfortunately I struggled to figure out the air conditioning. That's on me. This place feels very safe and secure I had zero worries staying by myself. The stairs are pretty steep though so be advised.

Anniversary Getaway

What a lovely place to stay and get away to! My husband and I visited Duluth for our 10 year anniversary and stayed in this perfect renovated barn. It was so quant, clean, exactly what we needed for our short stay touring Duluth. The owners did not hesitate to communicate how to enjoy our stay in their lovely VRBO! The place was immaculately clean, cute, updated. The bed was soooo comfortable! Ice in the freezer, soft bath towels, a fan for white noise. It was absolutely what was depicted. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful and great location!

We stayed here for a friend’s wedding in Duluth. The apartment was very easy to find, and in a great, convenient location. The location is great, and convenient for all needs, with several grocery stores, restaurants, and site seeing opportunities close by. You can drive into downtown Duluth, or find excellent hiking trails, all within a 5 minute drive. You have excellent views of Lake Superior, and are within walking distance from the Lake Walk and shoreline. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and modern. Has everything you’d need for a getaway! Excellent all around!
