This place was beautifully furnished. Great linens & mattresses. Small but lovely bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped even though we only ate breakfast there. It was wonderful to have the variety of coffee for the Keurig machine.Centrally located in Charleston. We walked everywhere. Beware there are a lot of stairs.
What a beautiful place in an even better area. Just a block from the action and a great starting point whether by rideshare service or walking. I Would 1000000000% recommend again!
Our 4 day stay was perfect! The only thing that wasn't ideal is the shower door does not stay closed in the smaller bathroom but not a big deal considering everything else was perfect!! Thank you!
This is a great house, has almost everything you need including coffee! It has lots of stairs so should only be booked by people who understand it is 3 flights up to the living room...
It was a group of 7 of us girls’ first time to Charleston & this house could not have been more perfect. The layout of the home was perfect with all the rooms on the 2nd floor & the living area, kitchen & sun deck on the 3rd floor was ideal. The location is also fantastic & walkable to a lot of great spots. The wanderer was a fun day too which came complimentary. The house was spotless when we arrived & the ease of checkin was a bonus. The host was wonderfully responsive as well. 14/10 trip would book again.
We had an absolutely amazing weekend stay at 49 Spring Street in Charleston! The house was beautiful—spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for our “ladies turning 50” getaway. The location was ideal for exploring the city on foot. We were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and attractions, which made it super convenient. A special highlight was popping over to Baba’s on Cannon for a delicious coffee or bite to eat whenever we pleased. The balcony was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Though it could get a little noisy at times, we were not there to sleep, and it didn’t detract from our overall experience. This place was perfect for our girls’ vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to celebrate our milestone weekend! Highly recommend!
We stayed in this vacation rental for our annual girls trip. The house was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the location was great. Our only complaints are the rugs were very dirty/stained and the kitchen could be better stocked. The house felt very clean but the rugs (bedrooms & family room) all need to be replaced due to stains. The dishwasher never worked during our stay and while management did try to address the issue (weather issues interfered) we feel like they had to have known it wasn't working prior to our stay. That said, assuming issues are corrected, we would definitely stay here again.
Our group of 7 friends were so impressed with not only the location but the overall luxurious, comfortable furnishings and upscale amenities. Little things like a combination Keurig and carafe coffee maker, the liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner included in the shower (Beekman), number of beds and a white noise machine in the bedrooms! We really enjoyed our time on the outside deck and our time spent around the large dining room table. We loved toe open design of the top floor. The only snag in an otherwise perfect stay was the sensitive WiFi. Worked for most of the group but a couple did have some difficulty. Not a big deal as we didn’t spend our time online. Great place to renew friendships!
