Beautiful OCEANFRONT condo with ocean and pool views! This condo is on the first floor with an open concept! Fully stocked kitchen, oceanfront master bedroom, queen bed, with private bath and sliding doors to the ocean front balcony. The second bedroom has two twin bunk beds. Stack washer and dryer in hallway. Queen size pull out sofa in living area. The condo community offers a large pool, walkway to the beach with showers and elevators. Playground pavilion and grilling area with basketball, cornhole and other games. Come see what relaxation really means! Sleeps 6!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start all towels in the washer
Please put all used linens (not to include bed spreads) on the bathroom floor
Take all trash out and put the thermostat to 65 in the winter and 72 in the summer. MAKE SURE TO LEAVE PARKING AND POOL PASSES IN BASKET- $100 EACH FOR ANY MISSING
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not place thermostat lower then 72 degrees during the day in the hot months; doing so can over work the system and cause it to freeze up.
Upon departure, start a load of towels in the washer and place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start. Take all trash to dumpster.
Please place all sheets and towels used in the bathroom (not bed spreads) Please no eating/drinking (except water) in bedrooms.

The property was just as described and we enjoyed our stay very much. The host was in touch with us before and during our stay to be sure everything was going well. We loved being steps away from the beach and having a pool as well. We would certainly be happy to book this property again.

We felt like the listing didn’t do justice to this beautiful condo. Inside, it was clean and comfortable. Outside, just a few steps to the beach. Everything was even better than we expected, and we would definitely book again!

Awesome vacation

Had a lovely stay. Condo was very nice and the view spectacular. It was nice being able to watch children in the pool from the balcony also. Sarah was an awesome host. She even sent a message warning about the rip current which had caused some emergenies in the area. My only complaint was having to leave paradise and return to reality.

A little piece of Heaven

This was a girls trip & graduation trip in 1. The condo was very quiet, in a neighborhood like setting. The owner communicated with me about whatever was needed (like how to work the thermostat). She was very kind. We had a blast looking for shells & sharks teeth & just laying on the beach or by the pool. Great place for rest & relaxation!! Highly recommend!

We finally found the perfect beach condo!!

We absolutely loved this condo! It is in a great location, getting to the beach and pool has never been easier, fully stocked kitchen and Sarah the owner was amazing! There were so many thoughtful details around the condo. It truly has been our favorite after years of staying across the NC coast. We had to leave early due to Tropical Storm Debbie and I am still heartbroken. Sarah didn’t request it but we couldn’t risk staying due to commitments at home. I am already talking about coming back! Do yourself a favor a book this condo!

Good location and communication

There were a few hiccups, but the owner was really responsive and very polite. She communicates well and will take care of anything you may need with respect to the property. The property itself was exactly as advertised, and right on the beach, with both an ocean and pool view. The only potential downside is beach accessibility for those who need it. While the property itself is accessible from the parking lot using a convenient ramp, and elevator access, the rear of the property to the beach is stairs. Wasn't too much of a problem, just wanted people to be aware. It was awesome, and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Sarah was helpful and communicative from the start. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The pool and beach access are incredibly close. Property was clean and updated. Kitchen was well furnished. Beach was less crowded than most other places we’ve been. We found almost 100 shark teeth (North Topsail is one of the best beaches for shark teeth hunting on the East Coast). Trip highlight: the evening walk on the beach with the family during low tide. There were tide pools and tons of shark teeth!
