Why they chose this property

Growing up in NJ, I always enjoyed vacationing in Wildwood Crest. So when the opportunity to acquire this "Oceanfront Condo" presented itself I jumped on it. I'm thinking it must have been this location on the beach with these breathtaking panaramic ocean views.
