Discover Durango and San Juan Mountains from this boho mountain modern apartment. This unit is light, bright, and ideal place to relax after a day of adventures. Enjoy your coffee with views of surrounding buttes and watch the sunrays light up the hills. There is a well equipped kitchen and the pull-out sofa bed is ideal for small families. The apartment is located above the garage on a 10 acres property with other units on it. Furry friends welcome.

The living room has a full size pull-out couch for the kids and a 55" TV. The modern bathroom is newly remodeled and has a walk-in shower. The beautiful copper bed frame has a queen size bed, 45" TV with small fireplace which create a cozy den to snuggle up. There is a washer/dryer combo located in the unit.
