It is a quiet place where there is a lot of nature, a totally rustic wooden house. it has places for walks, you can enjoy an unparalleled landscape enjoying hills and mountains.
There are blooming fruit trees, colorful flowers, and many birds and animals that visit.
Our property "Villa Thuja" is a perfect place to do outdoor events like birthday's parties, BBQ, or just expend time with your family around nature during the day and you will be under the starts at night.

The property "Villa Thuja" is just 7 min from Esparza downtown. where you can find grocery stores, pharmacies,local buses, and restaurants to enjoy local food.
- 25 min in car you can go to Dona Ana Beach, El Roble beach.
-30 min Tivives beach. This beach also offers a myriad of supervised activities, such as tours in the channels of the mangrove, fishing or horseback rides, in addition to water sports that can be practiced taking some precautions (high waves, which are perfect for those experienced surfers).
